"DePaul is a school with great connections and a great location. Finding an internship and job, especially in the business school I was in, was extremely simple. Given the location, many students are given internship opportunities while in school which allows great possibilities for one's career in the future."

"DePaul law is a great school. I enjoy my classes; the professors are friendly and helpful. It just cost way to much. There are very few options when it comes for paying for the education."

"I had to take a prerequisite class prior to starting my graduate program and classes were very limited as I am attending not their main campus."

"The program is interesting, I get the appropriate knowledge both on NonProfit Management and International Relations. The professors are knowledgeable and are able to provide valuable International education. The classroom scenario is diverse in terms of courses, students, field experience and willingness to learn."

"Could be more driven towards personal career objectives. Maybe a bit too overreaching as far as topics goes. Definitely some good faculty to get to know and have conversations with. A good experience overall, improvements to consider would be the networking and governmental component that is one of the main drivers of the program. Will gather quite the batch of technical skills but will need to do some outside research and practice to completely master them."

"Commuting downtown from my suburban life is not too bad. Easy access to trains metra and L in the loop campus. My grad school classes are all in one building making it really convenient. Animation workload is different from others, all projects, and so far, can be hectic. Yet it is a grad school program. I expected to be working hard."

"DePaul's Graduate Nursing Program is excellent! With small class sizes, dedicated teachers, and a well thought out academic program, students are well prepared for the real word of nursing at a higher level. Not only does the program prepare you for entry exams to nursing practice (NCLEX) but the graudate program also prepares students to hold positions of leadership and administration in the health community. I strongly suggest the DePaul MENP program"

"I am at the Master of Public Service at School of Public Service at DePaul University. I really like the program and professors. The program give you enough academic knowledge to deal issues in the future. Also, the school offers a career mentor and career builder program, so if a students ask professors in the program are willing to help you. Professors of the program have many working experience in the field, so they can give you many examples. Most importantly, they can be your sources for your career. "Our program has many areas where it can improve greatly. Our writing program, in particular, needs to improve so that our students are practice-ready as soon as they graduate. That said, the advantages of being in Chicago's loop, with access to transportation, and being within a few blocks of most of the law firms and governmental agencies that our students are applying to is undeniable. Our career services office is strongly connected to our alumni and have been incredibly successful at networking students with prospective employers. Our academics push us hard, but the school makes certain that we have no shortage of social engagements to keep us involved."

I do wish there were more career-focused discussions and information, but it is available if sought out."
