"I believe the support from faculty, the type of courses, small class sizes, fieldwork experiences are a tremendous assest to the my graduate program. The tuition, financial aid/scholarships, access to support staff for financial aid, and certain technology service could use improvement."

"Academically, Fordham was a fantastic university. They really emphasized learning a wide variety of subjects that I may not otherwise have chosen to study. The majority of the professors were engaged and driven as were fellow classmates. However, graduating with a BA degree in Communications and Media studies from this school has left me feeling very unprepared for the real world. While I learned a lot of theoretical knowledge, I received very little practical training and feel ill equipped to do any concrete work in the TV or Film industry. I would have loved to take a class in editing, cinematography...any aspect of media training that I could be expected to do on set, however these classes were not offered on the Lincoln Center campus. But if you are a student who truly enjoys learning, lectures and animated group discussions, and are thinking beyond just marketable skills, then Fordham is a great learning experience."

"I loved Fordham! The professors, for the most part, were very educated and inspirational. There were lots of time slots and options for classes and most of the lectures were educational. There was a great variety of students and lots of options at the campus."

"Fordham University was my first choice when applying to schools. Though I sometimes think I should have chosen another NYC school, I believe that Fordham is where I was meant to be. That being said, it was frustrating at times to be in certain classes, whether because of complacent students or distracted professors. Amongst the faculty, there are a few stars, many of whom I remain in contact with today. As with any university, what you put in is what you'll get out. If you show professors that you truly care and are eager to learn, they will be there to help in any way they can."

"The pros of the program are the professors who seem to genuinely care for the students, the innovative curriculum which utilizes both economics and political science, and the location in New York. The cons of the graduate program is the lack of community amongst the individuals interested in business, as the program emphasizes the developmental economics."
