"This is a new degree (started fall 2013) at FHSU and the classes are being drawn from a couple of established degree programs for teachers. This creates a slightly different result but most of the other students in the classes are teachers (K-16). As an ID student, I'm interested in the training and development field within business environments. The academic advisor for this program has many years in ID and is very good instructor, easy to reach and responds quickly to all questions. She has been excellent and is probably one of the biggest reasons, aside from the affordability of the program, for me to choose this school. I'm happy I transferred here. The learning is very hands on and they integrate a lot of student-student and student-instructor interaction in the classes."

"I wasn't able to add N/A for the things that didn't apply to me as a distance student. FHSU does a great job of keeping costs reasonable. I did all of my courses via distance and was very pleased. I was able to continue working full time while earning my degree part time. If I ever had a question I would receive a response within 24 hours. They also included virtual students in campus events by streaming guest lecturers. I was happy with my choice."

"The pros of the graduate program is that I am making myself better. The school is very insightful and teaches me a lot. The cons are it is tricky to go to school and work at the same time."
