"I had a great experience with GGU - Very responsive professors and interactive with the classes. Financial aid and student advisors tend to be slow to respond, so I would highly suggest creating a calendar invite so they can set a time to discuss any questions you may have. Overall, this school provided me with a great education and industry insights about my career choice and degree."

"Golden Gate University is an okay college for undergraduate students. I liked their classrooms and the campus. However, once I graduated and entered their graduate program it all went downhill. There is a Professor, Leslie Swanson, she is basically the reason why I left GGU after two years. GGU does not care about their students. They don't care that I was treated unfairly by a Professor. Their disability department did not care to process my disability in a timely manner. Their VA adviser is cold and non-responsive. GGU put me through a lot of stress during the first two semesters of my Master's program. I've heard a lot of other similar complaints from other students. I wish everyone the best but I hope GGU finally realizes that Leslie Swanson is an unfit Professor. I'm not sure how many emails, bad reviews, and warnings it will take for them to take this horrible person off their staff. Shame on you, GGU. Veterans (especially with disabilities) deserve better. (Since they pride themselves on their high veteran student count and make a ton of MONEY from the VA because of them.) What a shame!"

"Ageno School of Business at Golden Gate University is an exceptional school. It offers evening classes, so that many working professionals can study there. Many of the professors are also successful professionals in their respective fields. The school is private and small. The facilities are new. Each classroom is fully equipped. It also offers many networking opportunities. Some classes are also offered online for students' convenience. What I truly appreciated was the faculty. I still remember all of the amazing professors such as H.J, E.V, P.D., SG, WS, R.M and many others. I am forever grateful for their efforts to give us high-quality knowledge."

"GGU's technical masters program is a blend of technology and business. You get the chance to learn technological idea keeping business in mind. Best part of the GGU is most of the professors are industry experts which gives you clear insights on what's going on in the market. You get a chance to learn practical knowledge. I think GGU is one of the best schools to graduate from."

"Studying in Golden Gate University (GGU) is a strategic decision that adds tremendous values. GGU professors are mostly working professionals with vast experiences. This distinguishes their teaching methodology, which makes our classes very practical and interactive. Regardless of students level of knowledge before getting into GGU, confidence level begins to grow as classes progress. Besides, the curriculums are tailored to the pace of change in the industry. Studying in GGU prepares students for the future. Additionally, GGU is in the heart of Silicon Valley, where all the innovations in IT begins. The environment is a perfect conditioner for students career because there are lots of collaborations between GGU's career office and the industry which, if taken advantage of, helps students cultivate the right professional relationships. For example, GGU hosted several leading Tech. companies on March 10, 2017 in a program called ELEVATE- a yearly event. Students had the opportunity to socialize and network with industry experts during this events. It was a great exposure and a motivating one for me. I met professionals whose story and diligence has spurred a greater level of commitment in me. More interestingly, GGU is known, also, for its diversity. Many countries are represented, resulting in a culturally rich student community. GGU is home away from home. Being here is doing the right thing the right way."

"GGU is an excellent program for any student at any stage of their academic careers. GGU's admission process was not too rigorous and that's one of the main reasons why I attended this school. All the professors and administrative staff are great and accessible. I never encountered difficulties when sign up for classes and the classes are never over-packed with students. GGU's website is top notch and easily to navigate from one section to another. On a personal note, Golden Gate University has to be one of the cleanest places in San Francisco....hands down."

"Excellent school; established in 1901...started out at a YMCA adult evening college and grew from there. I received by BS Info. Tech in 2006 and have worked there for 8 years. Great place to work as well. Military friendly school; was able to use my GI Bill with no issues and was able to get 9 units from my military training/schooling. The school has regional accreditation and ABA accreditation for Law School. Highly recommended."

"One biggest thing I noticed is less diversity. There are many Chinese students here and I don't have many American students. It is better to have diversity in order to exchange different opinion and ideas. However, Golden Gate University has the best accounting and taxation program in the states. Classes are practical and hands on. A lot of alumni work at variety firms which is good for networking."

"There are many Chinese students in classes these days. So if you prefer more diversify, this school is not for you. However, the school thinks much of practical lectures. Most of professor s are working professionals. You can learn very practical skills. Work loads are not so heavy, so you can keep high grades if you are not lazy."

"Pros: What you learn is very practical, because most of professors are working professionals. There is office of career to help you find jobs. They know what you should do to get a job and they are always supportive. Since alumni net work is big, it is great environment to collect companies' information or finding jobs. Cons: Cost of living is really expensive and there are only few financial assistance from the school. Campus in only building, so if you want to learn at big campus, the school is disappointing. There are many international students from China and India. Sometimes your classmates are all international students. Overall, I am satisfied with the school. I have confidence to find a job here because of the school's support."

"Golden Gate University came highly recommended as the school to attend to get your masters in taxation. I have found the instructors and staff to be easy to work with and the program is very well designed. I attend the cybercampus, so the only campus I attend is the LA campus. I would highly recommend this school to anyone looking to obtain their masters in taxation."
