"This is a review of the Organizational Leadership Master's program at Gonzaga University. While I certainly found it to be a worthwhile experience, I wouldn't recommend it to prospective students unless the tuition was being paid by a third-party, like your employer. This is not a selective degree program. I was disappointed in the academic qualifications and professionalism of my fellow students, and walked away with the feeling that they'll take anyone with a pulse and the ability to sign a financial aid form. I also felt the quality of the professors was variable. Only a couple showed genuine interest in your learning; others were clearly tenured and mailing it in. It's not a bad program, by any stretch. The hybrid nature of the courses suited me and it offered study abroad opportunities. But I wouldn't pay my own money again to attend."

"If you want to continue with a graduate degree and don't know where to go, Gonzaga University is a great place. The staff and faculty are outstanding plus the Organizational Leadership ORGL program is a top notch program not just for the Pacific Northwest but throughout the United States. The program was challenging but doable if you have a very busy lifestyle."

"Gonzaga has been an incredible experience. Their commitment to a robust online experience is unsurpassed. The course work is challenging and consistently applied to real life leadership experiences. As a brick-and-mortar campus, online students have several opportunities to attend on campus immersion courses which provide wonderful opportunities to connect with fellow students, the faculty and the culture of Gonzaga. The instructors are dedicated to providing instruction that is life changing. The service that is also provided through Student Services is amazing as they accompany you through financial aid, your progression plan and answering any questions you have as you work through your degree program. Without exception, this experience has enriched my life personally and definitely professionally. I wholeheartedly recommend Gonzaga online Masters Degree programs!"

"Perhaps because it is an online program with only one, three-day residency requirement over the course of the 2-year program, it's very difficult to feel "involved" in the Gonzaga experience. There is a Graduate Student Association and events specifically held for grad students, but if one attends the online program from half the continent away, these are of no benefit. In terms of course content for the Org Leadership program, all of the content can be immediately applicable to real-world situations as well as banked for future reference. However, instructors can be difficult to contact for clarification or direction. Financial aid- beyond student loans- is nil for online students. Advisors are fantastic through the application and acceptance process- and then fall off the face of the earth; once enrollment has been completed and the student is handed off to a faculty advisor, the student is left to flail through the scheduling alone. I've never once heard from my faculty advisor about my course schedule, my grades, or even to ask who I am and what I hope to gain from the program. Again, this might be a downfall of choosing an online program over a traditional on-campus program."

"The online program is exceptionally convenient for distance learning students like myself. It does seem at times like there is very little "teaching" going on, and more student discussion. This is fine if the professor interjects and offers feedback regularly. Without instructor input, it feels like I paid 2.5 grand to have someone read my papers."
