"Great program. Excellent professors. Not only did I received an education for my career, attending this program enhanced my life as a person. I would highly recommend this school/program. There are several different programs to attend at Gonzaga, including an family nurse practitioner program. Was recently informed of my acceptance into this program to obtain my second master's degree."

"If you want to continue with a graduate degree and don't know where to go, Gonzaga University is a great place. The staff and faculty are outstanding plus the Organizational Leadership ORGL program is a top notch program not just for the Pacific Northwest but throughout the United States. The program was challenging but doable if you have a very busy lifestyle."

"A great program with knowledgeable faculty. Don't take classes from visiting professors though--they're generally not fully on board with how the program is run."

"Gonzaga has been an incredible experience. Their commitment to a robust online experience is unsurpassed. The course work is challenging and consistently applied to real life leadership experiences. As a brick-and-mortar campus, online students have several opportunities to attend on campus immersion courses which provide wonderful opportunities to connect with fellow students, the faculty and the culture of Gonzaga. The instructors are dedicated to providing instruction that is life changing. The service that is also provided through Student Services is amazing as they accompany you through financial aid, your progression plan and answering any questions you have as you work through your degree program. Without exception, this experience has enriched my life personally and definitely professionally. I wholeheartedly recommend Gonzaga online Masters Degree programs!"

"Some of the best years of my life. Classes were taught by experts in their field and each professor contributed to the community in a manner relating to their expertise. Students share a camaraderie that spans the globe and bridges cultures. It was the best years of my life."

"Mine is a smaller program, with less diversity within the graduate student community than would be ideal. The size does not itself pose a direct problem, as it allows us to develop close bonds of friendship; however, the lack of minority representation remains a sore spot. Still, this may be due in part to the overall size of the program, and the number of applicants. If you contrast the rather homogenous graduate student population to the undergraduates and faculty, then the Philosophy program at Gonzaga is diverse and pluralistic in approach of philosophical outlook. Similarly, while the graduate students are ethnically homogenous, we are nonetheless philosophically diverse. Shedding light on this requires merely looking to my entering class: two feminists (married, one is a pragmatist and the other an anarchist), a Marxist, a Calvinist, and a quasi-Thomistic/Aristotelian personalist (my philosophical outlook). Returning students also include feminists, pragmatists, and Thomists, with a smattering of others, including a comparative philosopher (primarily Buddhism). Philosophically curious and engaged, our small community is lively, endowing students (as well as faculty and staff) with numerous outlets for philosophical and professional development. In fact, the graduate students host an exclusively graduate student Conference every spring. While moving from the East Coast has had its up and downs, I do not regret choosing to attend Gonzaga University."

"Pros: It is a well-paced program that can be easily achieved in 2.5 years. They have a high "pass" rate for the certification board. The content is valuable to the career path. I feel that they are making me well-prepared for becoming an FNP. Cons: Lack of financial scholarships for an expensive program. Required trips to Spokane 2x term without housing or transport available. Sometimes the video & slide show quality is poor, depending on the class."

"Gonzaga is an amazing place to become part of a community. I went without knowing anyone and made lifelong friends. Academically, I was challenged without being in over my head. I also loved the focus on community service because it expanded my knowledge of other people outside of my school as well."

"The program is extremely expensive and the practicums available aren't always super pertinent to what individuals want to do specifically. However, the professors are so genuine, transparent, and willing to give you all the help in the world. I feel so supported. My nerves are always calmed by the disarming and well-experienced staff. They make me feel like I can achieve anything I put my mind to."

"While I am only one year into the program, looking to finish coursework and comprehensive exams in the Fall with my eye on a thesis by the Spring, I cannot begin to express the drastic difference between the MA program at Gonzaga vis-à-vis my last graduate degree program (which I finished). Aside from the closer social group among most of the graduate students, there is a greater amount of collegiality and understanding, shared by faculty and students alike. Further, there is so much to do on- and off-campus: the surrounding Spokane area has so much to offer in dining and entertainment, as well as myriad activities either indoor or out, the latter being a particular strength for the area. I would rate my decision to move across the country in order to attend the graduate program as one of the best, if not the best, in my life-thus-far."

"Gonzaga University provided a solid education. The professors I had were very knowledgeable, helpful, and the good majority of them were approachable. Gonzaga U. has much smaller class sizes than the typical big state school which greatly improves the learning environment. Gonzaga U. is expensive, so I would not recommend attending unless the student can afford it. Overall, I thought my experience was good."

"The pro of my graduate program is the flexibility of the schedule since I am a working mother also. The cons would be that I don't have the interaction of sitting in a classroom with a teacher and other students."
