"First off, my first year at GTCC was a nightmare. There is literally nobody at this school that is willing to pick up a phone and call you back about questions you might have. This is the local community college that I'm close to, so I unfortunately chose this school because of that. There are GREAT instructors in the healthcare sector here, but other staff from various parts of the college are horrible. I am referring to the Jamestown Campus. There is no help in the financial aid office, the bookstore staff and others are a joke, the online bookstore website is now unreliable and very unprofessional looking, getting in touch with some instructors is a nightmare and never happens. I honestly don't know how this school is even still around. The type of education you get is not corresponding with the price of in state tuition and books. I wouldn't recommend this school, I'll be glad when I'm done."
