"Howard University, is located in Washington D.C., the law school is a shuttle ride from the main campus and has a more quieter and refined air to it. That could be the proximity to rock creek park or the simple fact that thurgood Marshall is also an alumni. My experience was enjoyable and unique. The times go by surprisingly fast but the lessons I learned there will last a lifetime."

It is humbling to stand on the foundation that was laid by the incredibly compassionate and exceptional human beings that have come before me. The short falls in the financial aide office and some of the administrative interactions are completely out weighed by the incredible support of the students, staff and alumni; from helping with class feedback to helping you find resources. There is an incredible atmosphere of support and dedication to the responsibility for future generations. The caliber and quality of the students and professors is exceptional. "Howard University School of Law offers a great and affordable program for those who are serious about a legal career. Of course with schools like Howard, there are bound to be administrative issues i.e. financial aid taking or lack of up-to-date technology. I feel that the education you receive at Howard make up for its shortcomings. Although it is extremely competitive, which all law schools are, Howard has an amazing network and the professors are more than supportive."
