"Husson University, especially the Criminal Justice Program, is something that I speak incredibly highly of to anyone that asks. The professors have many years of background in the field that they are teaching which I believe sets them apart from the rest of the Criminal Justice programs. Husson is a small, relatively quite campus and it is a tight-knit community that I am beyond proud to be a part of. The Criminal Justice program really does prepare you to enter the field after you graduate, I already have a lot of experience within the field because of the opportunities that Husson and the Professors have given me. It truly is a great University to get a great education in!"

"One of the best decisions I could have made in my life; the program is a quick five years, affordable in comparison to other universities, and equipped with excellent staff and faculty. I completed my undergraduate program in 2 years, I enjoyed those course with a variety of professors. When entering the graduate portion of my program, I had the same professors within the program. I loved having small classes, where I formed amazing relationships with both my peers and professors. There are many resources readily available to help at any point, I've always felt comfortable at Husson University."

"As a busy full-time working mom of two young children, Husson University's online MBA program has been the perfect fit. Tuition is very affordable, compared to other academic institutions. The online program has allowed me to do my coursework on my schedule. I've formed great relationships with classmates who participate from all over New England. The Financial Services Office has been extremely helpful with every question I've asked them. I would absolutely recommend Husson University! Go Eagles!"

"I enjoyed the first three years. After that college became a bit of a drag. I was happy to graduate and start my life."

"Small class sizes ensure that you get the attention you want and need to really learn the material. The professors really care about your education, and the goals that you have set for yourself. The area is a small city with lots of job opportunities, but little to do but shop, eat and see a movie. However this is of little concern when you are studying a lot. Financial aid for graduate programs is almost unheard of unless you take out loans so that is concerning. Overall though if you want a quality education Husson is a great choice for your graduate experience."

"Husson just got accredited which makes it a competitive graduate program to enter. Small class size would be considered a pro for me, as well as the location in Maine. One con of the school would be that it does not yet have its own Pharmacy School building."

"Husson University has a great MBA program especially for the Hospitality concentration. All of the professors have experience in the field and are extremely accessible for help outside of class with assignments or finding work, volunteer spots and internships. Anyone who wants to come out of the program with desirable management skills will certainly have the tools to do so. There aren't very many cons to the program but if I had to pick something I would say the distribution of work for each course. Taking 3 classes one semester could leave you with plenty of free time, while another semester you could struggle to just complete all the work for each class. That being said, no matter the work load, I've found each class valuable."

"Very easy campus to navigate, no issues with parking if you're in the graduate program because most classes on campus are on Friday afternoons and some Saturdays. This is also great if you have to work during the week. Faculty is very available and seems genuinely concerned with your success in the program. Pass rate for the nurse practitioner certifying exam has been 100%, which speaks volumes for the level of academia. Prospective students need to be prepared for a lot of outside work and and clinical time. I do not think the average person would succeed in the program while working full-time, even in the 3-year, part-time track. The school has done a great job of hybridizing the courses to be both online and in the classroom. The cons are few,and would include the fact that the cafe is not consistently open on weekends. There are 6 to7-hour classes on Saturdays, and when you expect the cafeteria to be open and don't pack a lunch, this is highly inconvenient as you have to drive off campus which can take 20min. Or so to leave and come back. Also, the required books are horribly expensive, and half the time you don't even need or use them. All in all, I highly recommend Husson's Family and Community Nurse Practitioner program."
