"I liked immaculata when I first began taking classes there. Unfortunately the communication with professors and other administrators was severely lacking . The worst part however, was the financial aid office. I was told I could pay off my tuition balance (no idea why I had one) in installments. I contacted the office multiple times and would not receive any help. When a person did get back to me many weeks later they told me I have never called or emailed anyone and they sent my account to collections. Literally held up my entire education. They were of 0 help and do not attempt to work with me . I transferred to another school shortly after and was amazed at how helpful that financial aid office was. I was never offered any of the grants I was eligible for through immaculata they insisted I pay out pocket. There’s a Catholic institution for you."

"Immaculata University is a dedicated to the success of their students. The professors are supportive, kind, and willing to give extra time for a student's success. Additionally, Immaculata is a CACREP accredited which means that their program is dedicated to giving students the highest quality education in the mental health counseling field along with an understanding of how to make ethical decisions. Immaculata gives their students the tools to work effectively with a diverse client population and how to be an advocate for clients. They curriculum includes teaching students how to work with families, different ethnicities, homosexuals, drug addictions, trauma, crisis, suicide, anxiety and mood disorders. I think that Immaculata is a awesome school that is dedicated not only to the student population but makes an impact on the world through their professors because they do empirical research."

"Good school for non-traditional students (that was my experience) with faculty who are extremely supportive and a curriculum that is challenging."

"The Psychology Department at Immaculata University is exceptional. The masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling is CACREP accredited. The campus is beautiful and located in Chester County, Pennsylvania which is about 45 minutes from Philadelphia."

"The college for adult learners is excellent. I loved the small class size and we all stayed together as a cohort. My only disappointment is that I wish I had more help with the financial aid office. I'm now struggling with student loans that with my income could have been prevented."

"The professors are willing to help if you need it. If you choose the right major you can be successful as with any school. Small class sizes. High tuition. Make sure your career of choice is worth the high price tag. I enjoyed my time there, but if I could go back I would change my major."

"Immaculata University offered an accelerated BSN program to nurses who wanted to move forward in their profession and still maintain a balanced family life. The admission staff visited job sites for recruitment and assistance with the enrollment process. The program considered work experience as part of the credit requirements and offered multiple scholarship opportunities. The satellite campus was also convenient to my home and place of employment. The instructors were very knowledgeable in their field and were available to the students on off days."

"This particular program worked for me I am raising four children and working so I needed a program that best fits my schedule as well as my children. It allowed me to attend classes one day a week for two years during the morning without interrupting my life style or my childrens. It was extremely convient and all the instructors were understanding and helpful as well as encouraging."

"The quality of the program is great, the teachers are always willing to help you are they are usually available to their office for any concern. The School has everything you need to suceed; in my opinion, the disadvantage of the program I am enroled is that it is only full time and it get tough sometimes when you also have a full time job."

"The program is excellent and I am receiving a very well rounded graduate education. However, the psychology program boasts that it is for working students but forces student to quit their jobs in the 3rd year for full time internships. Because of this, there is little financial aid available at that time"

"Immaculata has a wonderful graduate school with teachers and advisers that are always willing to help. The campus is beautiful, and the library and computer labs are excellent. My only complaint is I wish the schedule was a bit more flexible for working adults, but overall it's a great school."

"I have really enjoyed Immaculata so far and the professors have been helpful overall. The lack of technology is weird to me through since it is a private university and we pay so much for our tuition."
