"I really enjoyed going to Kenyon. I have no complaints about the majority of the education I received at Kenyon. The way you have to take classes from lots of different disciplines in order to graduate is fantastic. In my job, I need to be creative and do a lot of critical thinking and being able to pull on many different ways of thinking is super useful. That being said, I feel like the school could be more responsive to student needs. The administration feels really disconnected from the students. And, in my department, professors has been there a long time, didn't have a ton of industry connections, and I felt at time they were using dated materials. Getting a visiting professor in always felt like a breath of fresh air. That being said, I still feel like I got a great education in my program and its overall structure was very flexible and rewarding."

"Do not attend Kenyon College if you are a leader who wants to be in a place where you can affect change on your community. In my past three years at Kenyon College as a student leader in various orgs I have felt one emotion most strongly: powerless. The administration does not care about student voices. I have had several experiences with admin personally where they been incredibly condescending to me and my peers as well as have heard loads of stories of students who have put in the work to make a difference on campus and faced wall after wall from the college. Don't waste the 80k. Also if you are worried about having to nothing to do in rural Ohio, you should be."

"What a transformational place! Kenyon was academically stimulating and was truly a place where I grew up and made friendships that have lasted a lifetime. I learned how to be a scholar but more importantly learned more about myself and the greater world beyond my immediate surroundings in a safe and supportive environment. I was exposed to things and perspectives I had never considered. I owe so much of who and where I am today to Kenyon and will be forever grateful!"

"Kenyon is a good institution in that it offers small class sizes and professors whose primary focus is instruction. My complaints are that the social situation is heavily alcohol based, and can be smothering at times due to the small campus size. If I were to do the process all over again, I don't know what would make me pick Kenyon over another small liberal arts school, aside from the fact that Kenyon was close to home for me."

"Kenyon is a wonderful place for someone seeking a true liberal arts educations. The professors really care about their students, and they take the time to get to know them. The campus feels magical- you'll know it's right the moment you step onto campus."
