"Not the cheapest, not the most expensive. It was the only online Masters degree at the time for Architecture. The classes are informative and based on Theory, like most architectural programs. They do allow for practicums, by permission from the instructor. I have enjoyed my time at the school."

"College can provide great opportunities, however, it isn't a decision to take lightly. Future job prospects and cost benefit of a degree and major should be considered before taking out large amounts of debt to pursue a degree. Consider taking an internship first or talking with a career counselor about both the likelihood of a securing a job in your chosen field and a realistic expectation of income. There are many careers out there that don't require a degree, and not all degrees are worth the time and cost commitment."

"The online graduate program allows me to further my career while furthering my education. There is great use of technology to make the program function. The program does require one course on-campus, however this portion was lacking due to poor communication about the program, campus, and expectations. The remainder of the online education has been great!"

"The online Master's of Architecture Program definitely stands alone from other programs. Through the process of trial and error along with input from high quality students and staff, this program keeps improving year after year to meet to needs of online students. The teachers I've interacted with have pushed students to do their best and work hard, all while understanding the online environment and providing many different means and method for an interactive and stimulating learning environment. They offer laptops to be checked out for students that need them. They are always updating their online systems to keep things smooth running and easy for the users. And finally, there is always someone there to help you out with any questions/concerns students might have. I truly cannot say enough positive things about the LTU online program."

"I didn't enter grades for areas that didn't apply to me. I really am enjoying my experience at LTU. It is a little bit on the expensive side, but it is probably worth it. The professors are very supportive. I have learned more here than I thought I would! It's a great experience and I would do it all again if I had to."

"I feel that Lawrence Tech definitely prepares students in the field of architecture, but that is as far as it goes. They do little, to nothing, to help students find jobs in the profession upon graduation. The school is incredibly expensive (typical for a private university) and we are given very little information on financial aid possibilities/scholarships. It is a 'technological' university but everything is outdated. The only pro's a really have about the school are the fact that I received my Bachelor's & Master's degrees from there...and the fact that it's only 15 minutes away from my home. Aside from that, I will be paying my loans back until the day I die. I got a job in an intern getting paid a whopping $12/hour!"
