"The online program is a blessing and a curse. A blessing because it allow me the ability to pursue a degree which otherwise would have been impossible due to geographical boundaries. A curse because the cyber connection isn't quite the same as the physical connection (on the ground class versus online interaction). I am 3 semesters in and I love the program, still it takes more work to stay focused and connected working remotely, as it were."

"I am enrolled in the Masters of Counseling program at LeTourneau. This is the first time I have done an online degree. The staff have been very good. I receive more attention than when I attended a physical campus. The IT department is extremely capable and helpful. I have never had to wait when I've had a technical issue. For the most part, I have appreciated my experience. Every issue I have had with a professor/class has been addressed as quickly as possible. The flexibility has really been helpful. Overall, I have been pleased with my decision to attend the online program at LeTourneau."

"The pros are; I feel my graduate program is preparing me to work in the field of social science. I am grounded and growing in my faith by attending this Christian University. I feel challenged and would recommend this school to friends and others colleagues who would like to earn a Master's degree. This journey at Letourneau has been inspiring, exciting, and worthwhile. I am in the process of studying to take the NCE to get my licensure to work in the capacity of an LPC. The con I have against this university is only one it doesn't offer a doctor's degree in psychology. I who have loved to have finished all my schooling with this university."

"It is really hard to find a quality graduate program for professional counseling that is fully online and still maintains the minimum requirements for pursuing licensure in the state of Texas. LeTourneau has an accelerated program perfect for professionals who work full-time and even do-able for working moms! The course load is full but not excessive if you're an adequate time manager. I'm still in my first class, so I'm not sure how academically challenging the courses will be in the future, but so far it hasn't been any more challenging than my undergrad studies. I'm pleased with the education at this point."
