"I was an online student. The program provided an excellent opportunity for me to earn a degree while also working a fulltime swing shift job. The subjects were well covered for the most part. The 8-week time table for each course was ideal to achieve success. Allowed to take two courses per 8 weeks (a third course is allowed with written permission). As an online student you will be required to find an approved proctors to administer test, but a local library or tech school should provide the service. The degree has not really furthered my career, yet, but that is mainly because I have not tried. It was more of a goal I had set."

"Limestone is a military friendly school that was recommended by the people who processed my tuition assistance paperwork. I attended a satellite campus that was not on the main campus. The courses were in the evening and primarily for working students. The staff was terrific, and I enjoyed my time there. Unfortunately, the degree means nothing to me, and I would not recommend the degree to anyone unless their only aspiration is to be a policeman, sheriff, or detective."

"Limestone College was an excellent school to go to. I enjoyed my time there as an undergraduate student. The professors, for the most part, are very understanding. They realize that a lot of there student body, especially the online students, are older, and working other jobs. They did their best to prepare me for the career of social work. I will say that I do not think I was prepared for the masters program that I attended after Limestone, but I was prepared for licensure. This is important because the licensure test is tough, but I felt well prepared for it just by what I learned at Limestone. I had a few professors who were not very helpful, but for the most part, they are there for you and help you in any way they can. I was an entirely online student, but when I did have to go to an extended campus, they were accommodating and listened to my concerns. I think if you are looking for an online school in South Carolina, Limestone is a great school. If you are not a traditional student, they are very understanding of your time. The classes go by very quickly, but you learn a lot. Even though they are only 8 weeks per course, you get a good education, and it does not take as long to get through the program. I have attended a few schools over the past few years while gaining my degree and I would say that Limestone is one of the best for someone my age."

"Limestone is a great four-year college to attend. I like the school is in a small town and everyone usually knows everyone in my hometown. It was nice to meet so many diverse students coming from everywhere in the world. I enjoyed receiving my education there because the professors really helped me learn how to prepare for the real world and learn how an individual will study and earn credits toward graduation. It is very important to transition from a high school setting into a college setting and learning how young adults have to be prepare to be responsible for structuring a future career in which ever major one desires. Many scholarship and grant opportunities for students such as myself who need assistance with funding a college education. The financial aid department is also available for helping students pursue student loans to help fund tuition."

"Limestone is a college that will help you reach your goal of obtaining a degree. They will help you decide as well as help you along the way. Even if you have been out of school for a while, Limestone is a good choice."
