Los Angeles Harbor College Reviews
I attended LAHC in 2012 - 2014 in preparation for transfer to a four year university. I had a great experience as a non-traditional student (returning to school at the age of 36). I found many dedicated and highly qualified educators who are invested in the outcomes of their students. The school has also been proactive in updating the facilities bringing the institution up to speed with a highly technological marketplace. I am a Seahawk for life.
I believed it was a good experience. It was local, so it kept transportation costs low, and I was able to socialize with friends regularly. Because I got a 2-year degree, I was able to transfer after graduation and land a part-time job. It was good preparation and now I'm working toward a Bachelor's Degree with a large amount of financial support because I did well in college. It was a good fit. I enjoyed my time here, and there was a lot of flexibility for social activities, too.
