"I love Marquette University. I am currently in my fourth year of the Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program, which means I am taking a combination of undergrad and grad courses. The professors are extremely dedicated, the classes are exciting, and the school truly is a family. The administration has the best interest of the students in mind, and every resource you can imagine is available to you as a student. Despite being in the heart of Milwaukee, I always feel safe and cared for on campus. I cannot give Marquette enough praise for their quality of education and as well as their display of Jesuit values in the inner city."

"Specifically focused on water and wastewater treatment processes, I have found that Marquette University has an excellent program. The instructors are very knowledgeable and present course material with passion. The institution has significant influence in the emerging contaminant and anaerobic digestion fields providing students with a gateway to the future of treatment processes, while at the same time, they build a foundation based on the historical aspects of the field. This institution certainly provides an environment to develop students into competent engineers with the capabilities to evaluate, design and construct appropriate solutions to a variety of situations."

"Marquette University MBA program is designed and revised regularly to meet the changing market demands. Apart from the regular format of business schools, the MBA stresses on ethical performance in the work place a virtue that is important for future employees, employers and business associates. Practical examples are used in teaching, and one can choose a broad range of specialization such as accounting, economics, finance, management, marketing, operations and supply chain and management information systems. Marquette is a great university, embodied by the Jesuit education system where small sized classrooms enable closer interaction with faculty. You can never go wrong with a Marquette university MBA degree."

"I received a very good education here. The course offerings were diverse and the professors cared a lot about the quality of learning. The curriculum leaves room for you to choose different areas of specialization, which I liked. All students take a comprehensive exam at the end of their program of study--no thesis option. I was a little disappointed that there were no graduate-level study abroad options."

"As an exercise physiology major, I had the best instructors I could have ever asked for. I am also in the physical therapy program which is the third best in the nation. The advisors and professors truly want you to succeed and encourage you to work hard. Every professor I've ever had has had office hours that allow me to learn outside of class. The campus is not in the best area, but the police officers are always around and can get to you for help very quickly. They are very friendly and focus on keeping the campus safe."

"Marquette's speech pathology program is wonderful! The faculty are very accessible and the classes are both challenging and manageable at the same time. The clinic is a great aspect of the program since we get to work with clients in our first semester of graduate school. Great hands-on experience. There is even an intensive aphasia program for those interested in aphasia experience, and a bilingual program for those who are bilingual."

"I am currently pursuing my master's degree and the courses are a combination of on campus and online, which create opportunities to interact with the professor and classmates, and allow for a balance with family and my full time job. The course loads are challenging, but will ensure that I am proficient in my field. The Marquette campus is beautiful, and has an open construct with multiple dining locations and its near downtown Milwaukee. There is also a large presence of security and shuttles on campus. The public transportation system can also be easily attained throughout the campus. My professors have been approachable. They have provided guidance on how to navigate the program and insight to career opportunities after completion of my master's. Although Marquette is quite expensive the availability and quality of my program balance this con."

"The physical therapy program is competitive with excellent professors and course material. The program itself is well worth the money. Cons include that housing can be expensive, and living in downtown Milwaukee does not always feel the most safe."

"There are many pros to Marquette University. The faculty is outstanding. They are practically bending over backwards to assist you and mentor you. The on-campus clinic is amazing and provides the students the necessary experience to move on to off-campus practicum. I feel that I am learning all aspects of being a speech language pathologist with the help from my teachers and supervisors. Living in the city is a huge perk and transportation is easy to find without having a car. The one con is the pricing. Although financial aid covers all my expenses, it is still stressful knowing the amount I will owe by the end of my student career here will be high. Many of my student peers received scholarship money."

"It's an excellent program and it's ranked 12th in the US but it is very expensive. Our scholarships/grants don't carry over to grad school from undergrad. They also don't offer any scholarships/grants for grad school. The price for undergrad is already through to the roof and to add on, the prices for grad school at Marquette is even higher than undergrad. Other than that, the teachers are very attentive to their students, always willing to learn from their students and adjust to their needs. They are readily available and always expect the best to help us succeed."

"Marquette University offers a wonderful counselor preparation program; there are many opportunities for research as well as support in gaining clinical experience and internships. The university offers many opportunities for students to get to know one another and the professors are incredibly competent, yet approachable. The diversity of the campus and Milwaukee area provide a unique cultural experience. The only downside to such an incredible experience is the price tag. As a private university, Marquette can be expensive."

"My time at Marquette transformed me completely. Although I was a hard and dedicated worker going into Marquette, I grew up extremely fast. My experience was unique in that my parents did not visit me until I graduated and I had to pay my way through school. But the advisors and mentors I had at the University ensured me that all would work out and that my future was bright ahead of me."

"The graduate program for speech-language pathology at Marquette University is composed of a tight support network. The faculty is readily accessible to answer questions and to guide the students to acquire a variety of experience and exposure that will benefit future possible clients. Clinical experience is not limited to a particular age group or demographic and this is particularly important because most real life settings are just as, or even more, diverse. In addition, this graduate program offers a bilingual specialization that teaches students about the acquisition of Spanish and English and the impact that this has on the growing number of individuals who require assistance or therapy in one both languages. Lastly, faculty rooms, classrooms, and clinic rooms are all located in the same building. This makes the transition easy and convenient particularly on cold days. While the program has proven to positively challenge my academic and social knowledge through a variety of coursework and clinical experience, the cost of attendance is negatively challenging my economic position. Something that I have not minded much, but that some people have expressed concern about, is that some of the courses are held in the late evening."

"Marquette provided a very practical legal education, and the professors are, for the most part, fantastic. The quality of life is high, due in part to the school's facilities, and due to the camaraderie among the students and staff. With few exceptions, I have found myself to be better prepared than my peers from UW. I would recommend Marquette for Law School, as long as you can afford the unreasonably high tuition."
