"My experience at Mercy College was great. The staff are very kind and helpful. My professors were very respectful, kind, understanding, creative and fun. They make learning so interesting and assignment/projects were exciting to do. I enjoyed every class and appreciate the wonderful learning experience. I will be attending Fordham University this fall to earn my MSW."

"Mercy College is an exciting place. It's full of diversity and people who are eager to learn and teach. The students are very friendly and they make you feel like you've been attending the college for longer than you have. The staff is very hardworking and they always make sure to answer any questions or concerns that may arise. The atmosphere at Mercy College has a way of captivating you. It right next to the Hudson River , and its surrounded by greenery. So if someone ever wanted a peaceful place to study or just a place to relax and enjoy the scenery, Mercy College is one of those places. The curriculum at Mercy College is challenging, but the teachers make it fun. From chemistry to art, the courses they provide not only push you, but they make you open your mind and cause an exploration of ideas and thoughts. College should provide great educational opportunities for its students, but it also should also allow students have fun and grow. Mercy College is a college that does that, and it also provides a comfortable environment for all."

"The beauty about Mercy College is that the Dobbs Ferry Campus is beautiful and far away from a crowded area. Its a little bit expensive and not too much optional for scholarships."

"The college does not have a better financial aid system in place for graduate students. This needs to be address, because grad students are normally older adult students who work and attend school, and they do suffer lay offs, unemployment and other shortcomings, and would benefit from a scholarship or two and other financial aid resources. The program director of my program makes the graduate program. She is the best at what she does, and takes the time out to listen and advocate for the students."

"Mercy College is located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance from restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations etc. making it convenient for students on the go to fuel up before driving back home after an evening of class. Graduate classes are conveniently scheduled in the evening, thus allowing working parents or students to work and the attend school without interfering with work. The only concern with the college for me is the security, I would like to see security driving around campus, especially at night in the parking lots."

"I will be starting Mercy College this coming September. But based on several visits, meetings with advisors, and faculty, I have found Mercy College to be accommodating and very helpful through the process of getting ready to return to school. For a non-traditional student like myself, this has eased the stress of preparation."

"Pros: Quality of education is excellent. Professors have many years of experience in the field, and have good teaching skills. Cons: Career support and placement is extremely limited, limited network connections provided, and poor program leadership."

"The quality of the teachers and staff is excellent; however, Mercy College is extremely pricey for a school that caters mostly to a low-income population. On the other hand, the school offers a variety of courses and programs and promote career growth."

"I began my studies @ Mercy college in 2005. It is an excellent academic facility and I have been very pleased with my success. The faculty is very dedicated and the classroom size is not too big. The professors take the time to meet with each student to help them meet their academic goals. I feel very proud to have obtained a degree at Mercy. I look forward to furthering my education with them."
