"MSU-College of Law is in a unique position to propel forward, but as a program it needs to update as well as improve some of its basic components to make them student-centered."

"Pros: -Great professors -supportive staff -small close knit community -the tuition is pretty affordable compared to other law schools -cost of living in East Lansing -plenty of shopping and places to eat Cons: - on campus parking is limited -some of the required courses are not required for the bar and I felt like my money was wasted -sometimes the internet is really slow, but that is only because so many people have their devices and cellphones on the network -small college town so if you're looking for entertainment (if you have the free time) you are limited bars filled with undergrads"

"Overall, I really enjoyed my time at MSU College of Law. The professors are very friendly and the staff is always willing to help. I think MSU has a great variety of programs such as Trial Practice Institute, Clinics, Certifications, Alternative Dispute Resolution Center, etc. compared to other law schools."

"MSU Law has a great program with great faculty. The professors are always accessible when needed and they truly want you to receive a good education. Most will go to any lengths to ensure the students understand the material. I have a good group of friends and support system here and they make the stresses of law school more bearable."

"I thoroughly enjoy going to Michigan State University College of Law. I respect and appreciate the availability of faculty and staff and enjoy my classes and learning new things everyday. However, since it is in a big undergraduate town, transportation and parking are not easy to come by and cost of living is expensive. I like the curricula at this Law College and enjoy the people I have met there."

"The pros of the MSU law program is that it provides a lot of resources for students to grow as a law student and future practicing lawyer. It has an academic success program that provides an opportunity for students struggling with the first year classes to get extra help and more one on one practice questions and tutoring sessions. Along with this, the law school provides several law clinics such as small business law clinic, immigration law clinic, housing clinic and many more. Through these clinics students get a hands on experience with interviewing clients and case handling. Along with the pros, the cons of Msu law program is that it does not provide enough school based scholarship opportunities for second and third year students. As students take more credits during these years it would be very helpful to be given an opportunity with scholarship awards based on application and not just grades."

"There are unlimited options as a law student and many opportunities to thrive in different areas of law. The main cons are the costs of living and the overall burdens of having to live off loans. I can't express how grateful I would be to find some assistance for this."

"Pros: The law faculty make themselves available to the students and are heavily invested in the success of the students. Tracking down a professor during office hours is never a problem. Cons: The law school is an up and comer, but it still has a ways to go."
