"MACU has been an amazing experience. I have taken every single class online which has allowed me to work full time and raise my children. Most of the communication is through email and telephone which makes it hard to get in contact with the teachers sometimes but planning ahead has helped with that dilemma. A small price you pay for the convenience of online classes. The only complaint I would have is they changed my counselor several times and sometimes I wouldn't know who to contact with questions. I think they have changed how this works by providing the students with a student services line instead of each student with a personal counselor."

"MACU has no recognition program for online students, likewise online students do not get entered in any scholarship recommendations by staff. Workload was within expectations until the end of the Graduate work; then it became very intense unlike the workload for all previous classes. I am in my last class now for graduation and am feeling highly stressed and overburdened."

"Con: I will not graduate until December 2016 after starting February 2013 Pro: The program is basically geared around your life. You are able to go to work, live your life, and attend classes. It takes discipline and your dedicated time for the research needed. You attend one class every 8 weeks, this gives you time to concentrate on this one class to know the material and know it well. I love it. The Christian professors are very helpful and resourceful."

"Pros are that the workload is pertinent to helping me learn what I need for my career and it is geared towards the correct preparation. The cons are the cost of attending my school. It's getting expensive and just keeps increasing."

"One cons of being in my grad school is there is just one mentor for the particular emphasis. It takes her forever to get back to you and her answers are not clear. There's not too much work loads and you have spring break and holidays out, even online."

"MACU online provides quality instructors available by Skype, chat, phone, and email. Instructors express high standards in grading, quality discussion questions, and well organized layouts. Technology support is available 24/7 even if its how to download a Powerpoint or navigating the online library. Before each term the president of the University or dean of counseling presents a video which provides study strategies, calendar of events, and inspirational words of encouragement. MACU provides 8 week classes which do not overlap and everything is submitted online (saving money on ink, paper, and printer repairs)."
