"Loved college of agriculture as it was small enough you know everyone and the teachers and lots of clubs to involved with. Great location for outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing. Close to Yellowstone National Park too. Football games are lots of fun."

"MSU provides a unique opportunity to engage in scholarly work, outdoor adventure, and quality education. The school of architecture is well structured and focuses on enhancing their students creative ability while educating them on the real-world application of architectural design."

"This program is a Master of Science, so is science content heavy. Many graduate programs for teachers have many education classes, but this one focuses half of the program on graduate level topics related to science. There are many science courses offered, and students may choose from a variety of science fields to get an interdisciplinary perspective. Summer campus classes are short - about a week for most of them - so it is an easy trip to get field experience classes that count towards your degree."

"My graduate program has allowed me the flexibility to take courses in order to fulfill the requirements but stay within my interest area. In addition, classes during the school year are offered online, and in the summer we come to campus."

"Great college! Very organized and lots of fun. The dorm system is a little messed up, and it's difficult to contact anyone with concerns, but overall very great school. Lots of resources and a very good academic program."

"As a 'non-traditional' student, I was very nervous about attending college with students that were fresh of high school. It didn't take me long to realize that my goal of getting a degree was completely attainable. MSU Billings was a great place to go to school. There are tutors available both at City College where I my classes were and on the main campus. Everyone was helpful in getting me on the right track. My professors were excellent in getting me the knowledge required to apply to the Radiologic Technology program. When I got into the program, my education continued in classroom, labs & clinical hours. Today I'm working at a job I love in my home town. I'm so glad I went to MSU Billings City College & got my degree."

"The sociology program is hugely underfunded, thus they have a hard time retaining quality tenure track faculty. That being said, all of the faculty I had were incredible, both tenure track and non-tenure track. The upper divisions were small my sophomore and junior year and started to get bigger my senior year because the student growth was occurring more rapidly than the faculty growth. Outside of class I had endless opportunities to become involved and grow as a professional and as a person. I'm grateful for the experiences I had at MSU. Both my classroom and extracurricular activities allowed me to be a competitive applicant to potential employers and I had three job offers before I even graduated. I'm happily now working at MSU, excited to be giving back to the school that gave me so much."

"The graduate architecture program at Montana State University has a great studio culture. They are working hard to connect undergraduates with graduate students to enhance support for student success in a very rigorous program."

"This school is incredible. After doing my undergrad out of state then returning home for my Master's, I only wish I had done it sooner, and had also done my undergrad here. The staff and faculty are top notch, experts in their field, and incredible talented educators. As a non-traditional student I look at things from a different perspective than many of those in my classes, with quality and value of education being atop the list, and I can't imagine a school being any better in either category than Montana State."

"It was a great opportunity to be at MSU for 5 years but I feel that I could have chosen a better school. If you want to be a professor someday, MSU is not the place you want to pursue your graduate studies."
