"I am excited about attending the M.A. Spanish program at Middlebury College as I will be given the opportunity to study abroad in beautiful Spain and finish my degree in one year. It doesn't get any better than that!"

"The school cannot handle the program. The school unfortunately cannot afford to have it. This is why there are numerous resources lacking for the program. There are too few teachers. This teachers also due to be overworked will make you learn the material on your own with no assistance. The workload assigned is obscene and just way too much to handle even for a graduate program. The International Studies program only has 7 students in it. Students often transfer out due to the ineptitude of the program."

"The university cannot handle my graduate program. It is not funded enough to handle the program. There are too few teachers to teach courses. Courses are far too spread out in terms of years. Courses often do not correlate with the program itself. The workload is extremely heavy, even for a graduate program. Its poorly run as well. This is why only 7 students are apart of the program."

"Currently I’m working on a funded project, which brings our school benefits (money, reputation, etc.). I have co-operated with different faculties toward having successful program and make our school more famous in state of Maryland and among other professionals."

"The university provides access to faculty and the ability to reach out to various levels of administration. They have a great academic reputation and are invested in diversity. I wish the area was a bit safer and that there were some online classes."

"Morgan State offers a Masters and Doctoral Program in Engineering. With the use of the new CBEIS Building, Morgan has started to not only use research as a tool of education but actual practicality. Most knowledge used in the field of engineering is not taught in classrooms or is hard to understand until it is seen in real life applications. Morgan is allowing me to continue my full-time career, while obtaining extra knowledge in and outside the classroom."

"One of the greatest attributes of this graduate program is the ablity to work with nationally respected and much-heralded professors/educators. I cannot say enough about the opportunities it has already presented me with. I am extremely appreciative of the dedication shown throughout the University and especially in my field of study. I look forward to giving back to the program!! I am attempting to receive my Master's Degree."

"The pros of this program are evening courses to accommodate the working adult, professors spend significant time with students, several opportunities to promote professional growth, and scholarship opportunities to curb the cost of tuition. The cons would be the administration are not always helpful, sometimes the rooms are too small to accommodate all of the student load in one classroom. Overall a good experience and I thoroughly enjoyed the program and all of the professors."

"Tell us about your college experience.I would recommend Morgan State, although at first I was not impressed. Once I began to get involved and understand campus, it was a great experience. I do wish the school had more weekend activities, but the sporting events and general campus atmosphere was fine.Would you get the same degree if you could start over?Yes- my degree program taught me how to think and how to problem solve. Additionally- it gave me skills to work with a variety of different people/stakeholders.What advice can you offer other students?Get an internship, study aboard (even if only for 1-2 weeks) and explore your options. Don't just dismiss someone or something, because you "think" it is not valuable."

"Like any investment in the future, grad school has its pros and cons. The Graduate level Social Work program at Morgan State University has many pros. The student-teacher ratio is very high making it possible for every student to communicate effectively with one another as well as with the professors. Not only that, it requires a higher level of academic commitment, which makes the high student-teacher ratio promising and helpful. A con to the Graduate School of Social Work is that the hours to attend class is not suitable and makes is complicated for those who work normal 9 to 5 jobs. Fortunately, there is always a solution to that."
