"As a first generation college graduate, I wanted to further my career and pursue an MBA. Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management is a top business school that allowed me the opportunity to excel professionally as well move back to the Midwest to be closer to my family. The Kellogg community is beyond talented, diverse, driven and cooperative. The faculty is top notch and is always willing to help outside of normal class hours. The location of Kellogg in Evanston is close enough to Chicago, yet small enough that you can easily feel part of the community. Growing up in a small town, the transition to Evanston has been wonderful and has helped to enhance my positive experience at Kellogg so far."

"Kellogg is a top 10 MBA program. Kellogg differentiates itself from its competitors due to its strong culture - students are highly inclusive and encompass the "pay it forward" attitude. The students are highly involved on campus because of the student run culture - all students are involved in at least 1-2 clubs. Kellogg does a great job providing students with career opportunities across the country. Kellogg is also a great place to attend to build both a social and professional network - students go on annual trips together to various countries and lead company visits throughout the year."

"Kellogg is a great business school with very friendly and welcoming staff. The career office is top-notch in that they will prepare you for interviews with vigor and pride. However, the major draw for me was the collegiality and team-oriented spirit within the halls of the Jacob Center. The students were always smiling and took it upon themselves to actively lead clubs and help out others who were struggling with specific topics like accounting or finance. And, due to the safety of the city of Evanston and the proximity in which the students live near each other and to the school, the social atmosphere is without a doubt superb as everything is within walking distance. The only drawback, as most people recognize, would be the weather. It is frigid in the winter. However, the longest stay in the program would be 2 years, and having to huddle closely with your amazing colleagues during the winter months is nothing really to complain about. I would highly recommend everyone check out the program and visit the campus. Starting 2017, the classes will be held in a newly constructed building with wonderful views of the Lake!"

"Kellogg's a VERY welcoming, supportive place to discover yourself and launch the next part of your career. The students are genuinely warm and friendly, the professors are accessible, and the alumni network is ridiculously supportive and helpful. Continue to be impressed by the caliber of students here."

"Everything is good from students to faculty to reputation. The weather is dreadful in the winter though. The building is old but they are building a new one in 2017."

"Pros - Diverse base of students. Community feeling with strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. Large and supportive alumni. Cons - Large student intake. Slightly offsite location in Evanston (which can be very cold!!). Strong focus on general management and consulting - may not be ideally suited for those looking for a career in finance"

"Overall, I would recommend the Kellogg program to all any of my friends/colleagues; however here are some things the school can improve on: - for local chicago residents, the downtown campus is not really accessible through public transport - for class flexibility (4 week classes) or Friday evening classes would be a great addition"

"The expereince can be as easy or hard as you want it to be, after getting in. The flexibility of the academics is great as it allows students to take classes in the areas where they are interested, but it also allows many students to graduate without having the requisite knowledge one might expect of an elite MBA graduate which can weaken the reputation of the school. People are social and the school has a very friendly atmoshpere."

"Kellogg provided a great learning experience. The team based collaborative environment was great for building instant and lasting friendships. The academic rigor was challenging and insightful. My classmates and peers were all charismatic and high caliber individuals. However, some courses taught by visiting professors were not as robust or as high quality as some of the full time professors' offerings. Also because much of the organizations are student run, it lack some structure, if that is what you are looking for."

"An exceptional school which sets you up for life. Students are smart and grounded, with a desire to make a positive contribution to society. It's expensive, and it's a ton of work, but I know that this school is changing me for the better."
