"I really like the academic atmosphere here in OSU statistic department, as the relationships between students and professors are very harmonious and I learn a lot practical skills which I think might be helpful in job hunting later."

"This is a great program. Most of the professors teach very well, and all are eager to help students in and outside of class. The research areas of the professors are current, varied, synergistic, and accessible through special topics courses taught in ways that do not need any special prerequisites. The social energy of OSU football season is something that draws you in even if you've never cared to watch a sport in your life before arriving, and is a reliable way to meet lasting friends."
