"Pace's MFA Program is very competitive and rewarding. I would recommend the school to anyone willing to put in the work. With that said, Pace University does not offer money by way of scholarships for graduate students. I would recommend that any prospective graduate student seek financial aid on their own."

"The pros of the grad program is the competitiveness and flexibility. The cons are the availability of classes. Classes should be held all year around."

"Pros: - Great area, heart of New York City's downtown and Broadway - Highly credentialed professors - Superb career services and internship programs - Very high job placement rates in a big city - Well-respected locally - Great diversity, everyone feels welcome Cons: - It's a private school, so it's expensive - Add in the fact that it's an expensive place to live it as well - While it is improving, some if the classrooms are still old"

"Pros: My professors are reasonable, practical people. Of course, some professors are more stellar than others, but they ALL know what they are lecturing on, and hold highly respectable positions in their other professions. They don't give busy work, because they realize that would hurt them just as much as the students. A few of the students in the program are humble people, if you need help and they know how to help, they will. They know that no man is an island unto himself, and that we are in this together. With that mentality we are able to do better academically, not feeling embarrassed. Cons: My school doesn't have any scholarships/grants for graduate students. So the only aid is loans. My school's tuition and other fees are exorbitant! I refuse to take out any loans knowing that I would have to be paying the interest compounded on what my school is asking for. That is why I am struggling to pay for my tuition by working. Lastly, we also don't receive some of the perks that undergraduates receive. As I mentioned previously, that undergraduates receive school scholarships. They also receive an incentive to sign up for summer courses.  Graduate students are excluded."

"Cons: Very limited amount of classes is offered. Almost no online classes. Most of the students are Pace employees, so no opportunity to meet media professionals. Commute is just awful unless you have a car. Late classes. Pros: A lot of good teachers. 36 credit MA program."

"Tell us about your college experience. My educational experience was a good one. I worked hard and tried my best to find employment when I graduated.Would you get the same degree if you could start over?Yes and no. I love law but, I am also interested in medicine. I may have decided to go the medical route. What advice can you offer other students?Aim for the stars and stay focused."

"Tell us about your college experience. It was a good fit I guess, it's difficult to compare it to anything as you don't have a basis for comparison. The school was a good fit I'd say but in the end if the job market doesn't pan out for your industry, you wasted a lot of money.Would you get the same degree if you could start over? No, I think I'd pick a different degree. A Bachelors in Finance is rather useless, an MBA is worthwhile though if you have a strong work ethic. What advice can you offer other students? If you work hard, opportunities will come. The degree is just a piece of paper."

"Pace University's BBA/MBA Accounting graduate program is amazing and I’m glad I had the opportunity to be accepted into it. The pros of the program are its accelerated worksheet to enable me to complete my masters in just one year. I can say that all the professors in my graduate program care about their students and that they are actually learning and not just earning a letter grade. In addition, a hand full of the professors have worked in big accounting companies and have their CPAs so they understand what I need to learn and they are almost like mentors guiding me along my path to becoming a CPA. All the advisors that assist with the program always make sure that students such as me are registering for the correct classes so that we stay on track. Also, my professors will always make time to work any student outside of class of class to make sure the student fully comprehends what is going on in the lecture. Pace University offers many scholarships to graduate students to help with the cost of tuition. The only con is that Pace University does not have enough teachers or classrooms. Many classes during registration get filled to capacity fairly fast causing registering to be a little difficult. Thus they need to expand while still attaining excellent professors."

"The pros of the forensic science graduate program at Pace University are that some of the faculty you interact with have worked in the forensic science field. They were able to give a more realistic lesson on the actual field work and not just theory. The faculty are good for networking purposes too for after graduation. The major con of the program include that the forensic science graduate program isn't accredited yet."

"The Actors Studio Drama School at Pace University offers a safe environment to really hone your craft as an actor, director and playwright. As someone in the directing program, I get to study with some of the most learned, inspiring and respected members of the theatre community in New York. The Actors Studio is such a hollowed institution and it is a great honor to learn from the best in the business. Pace University provides great support to this program. The only thing that would make this program better is if we didn't have to share a floor with undergraduate students."

"The program is very competitive to get in to but if you succeed, you will be thrust into an experience that matches no other. The biggest pro is the faculty hands-down because they all want to see you succeed and go beyond the assistance and time given that I've experiences in other graduate programs. If there had to be a con, I would say it's the cost of living in NYC. It's difficult to be a very full time student and expect to work in this city but people do make it work."

"When it comes to courses offered, you are limited to usually between 2-4 choices every semester. This is fine for required courses, but you are limited to electives. Majority of the faculty professors are very knowledgeable in their fields and you truly learn a lot in their course. However, there have been a couple of professors in this program who have been the worst professors I've had. They lacked organization and commitment to teaching. However, networking is key in this program. Since the program is small, in regards to both faculty members and students, it is very possible to get involved in research labs. Finding a faculty mentor for your MA Thesis was difficult in the beginning because you are competing with PsyD students. However, if you take the time to volunteer and get to know the professors, as you should do anyways if you want to continue on for your PhD, most likely, you'll end up working with a professor you really like. This program is small in comparison to my undergraduate, but in regards to finding supportive faculty members, I would give this program an A+. I am fortunate enough to get the professor that I want for my MA Thesis and I look forward to the end result."

"My Graduate Program at Pace University is a great program. The professors are amazing and getting students involved and excited about learning the material and applying it to their professional roles and experiences as well. I find it to be a bit costly but I must admit it is all worth it. I have found my true essence and deep appreciation for real education, the kind that Pace has given me."

"I love the fact that there is a small classroom setting and that the Professor know who I am. I love how the Professors are so helpful and considerate. I like that the workload is just enough. I love how the students are diverse and I can converse and get to know them. I do think that the technology levels could be upgraded but they are not bad. I wish there were alternate transportation available. I wish the surrounding area would include more of a variety of choices to eat. I wish the tuition was not that expensive."

"Excellent school, however needs to provide more services for commuter students to support those travelling at late hours to the train station. School also is very expensive."
