"I'm not gonna lie... when I went the quality of instruction was "ok"... most of the profs simply reading from power points, we could have done that at home.... nothing groundbreaking/ inspiring/ novel here.... also, and this may be nit-picking, but all the profs are essentially suburban "Long-Island types" which is kind of a shame to be schooling in the city yet not getting a "live and work in NYC" feel from instructors.... HOWEVER... the boon here which cannot be quantified is that you will rotate through NYU gross anatomy lab, and NYC Hospitals, and NOTHING can hold a candle to that.... the experiences had in 5 borough hospitals cannot be matched and it will sustain much of your future career... for that reason, no regrets...."

"Pace is where you want to be. As an alumni, I look back upon my time at Pace and all the things I have learned from my amazing classmates and instructors. Sure there are a few improvements the school could undergo but what is perfect? Your journey at Pace is up to you. Breathe in the New York oxygen because your time at Pace will be over in a New York minute! I miss you all BFA, BA Actors and the faculty members. "Your experience at Pace will be entirely up to you. This is the biggest cliche in the world but here we go, the city really is your campus. You have to take the initiative to seek out the abundant resources that can be available. Pace has an amazing reputation with internships. You can get your foot in the door and jump-start your career path."

"After hopping around two different schools for the first year and a half of my undergrad, I felt immediately at home when I moved into my tiny 10x10 room on Fulton Street right in the hustle and bustle of the Financial District. Pace University was an experience that you cannot just get anywhere in any major city. It is mainly a commuter school - and there is no real "campus" feel. That is definitely what I disliked the most - the lack of community within the school. They have the main courtyard for students to gather but truthfully I think most students just went to Pace for classes and left immediately after that. The food was also terrible but I graduated many years ago and it may have gotten better since then! As for the program, I graduated with a BBA in Integrated Marketing Communications. There were a few professors who were absolutely horrific, but some others that made such an impact on where I ended up after college. A large dislike was the amount of group projects you had to do for every single class. Understandably so, the business world does work in teams often, but I felt that group dynamics in college are far different than team dynamics in a work setting. Generally speaking, the material was realistic and ranged from business finances to strategy and helped me find my niche - events and branding. Pace University was something that I take into great value when I reflect on my education. Being in one of the largest business hubs of the world, your opportunities are wildly endless. So many of my classmates now have highly respected positions at well-known companies and are quite happy with their educational outcome."

"Pace University has a great program for those pursuing a degree in Business. They also have a great career resource program, bringing top firms to the school for recruitment of future graduate. As I studied at Pace University and earned a degree in Public Accounting, I took advantage of the program offered, and was able to get a full-time job with a very reputable firm upon graduating school."

"All physician assistant programs prepare you. Pace University is incredibly expensive. Four times expensive as some other New York programs. The quality of education does not meet the cost. The head of the program is defensive and a typical bureaucrat. Nothing about the program justifies the cost. You'd think for $120k+ you might get a PA only study room or free coffee but no dice. Facilities are underwhelming. Cost of living is incredibly high. Rotations can be anywhere in the tristate area. Go elsewhere."

"Do not get caught up in the social aspect. It can totally derail you. You are there for an education to better yourself."

The coursework is rigorous, but not impossible to keep up with. There is so much to do right at your doorstep because you are in the city. Pace also has a lot of fun events to make all students feel welcome and included. All the students are always so nice and there is so much diversity and uniqueness."

"I attended Pace University's Lubin School of business for three semesters in order to obtain a Masters of Science in Investment Management. The most valuable resource at Pace is the faculty, which is comprised of full time professors as well as part-time faculty who are also employed at firm in and around New York City. Having access to the diverse set of skills and experience provided by pure academics and practicing professionals gave me a robust education and a sample of the experiences I will have in the work place."

"Pace is a school experience that is extremely dependent on you as a student. You will find both insightful professors and professors that will just dictate material to you., but the good professors absolutely stand out. If you are a business student, there are a myriad of opportunities for you to get real world experience in your field of interests through internship opportunities. That being said, student life leads much to be desired. There is not a lot of diversity on the campus when it comes to both the student population and the faculty. When it comes to campus safety, you are getting a mixed bag. of safety. If you are going to the campus in New York City, you will find checkpoints that require you to have a Pace ID to get through. On the other hand, if you are going to the Pleasantville campus, you can just walk on campus without any worry, having access to all academic and administrative buildings with no worry. It gives the students a feeling as if anybody can walk on campus and do whatever they want."

"I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Pace University-Pleasantville! This is one of the most underrated colleges- there are tremendous opportunities for developing one's career trajectories through NYC internship placements, superior faculty mentors, and international competitions."

"The program itself is very easy, on the undergraduate level for the most part. The tenured professors don't have much contribution in the world of academia or in proffesional settings. The adjuncts bring a fresh perspective when they are allowed to create their own lessons or else it it easy to find the templates and assignments they teach from. The core classes vastly vary in difficulty depending on who teaches and the electives that are advertised are only seldom offered. There is a big focus on the undergraduates, so if you pursue a masters be prepared to invest in a boot camp afterwards in order to be a good programmer and to create opportunities. In all, had I known this earlier I would not have completed the program because I did want to have a deeper understanding and to stand out from the crowd which the MA fails to deliver on."

"The Pace University- Lenox Hill Hospital Physician Assistant program is ranked top 50 in the country. Although ranking does not hold much importance when applying for jobs, I truly believe this is one of the best programs in the country. The professors are amazing and want you to succeed. They do everything in their power to make sure everyone in class understands the material and will grow to be the best medical practitioners. The balance between lectures and working in a clinical setting is perfect. Many programs do not require their students to interact with patients as one of their main courses, but at Pace they make sure you know all the physical exams and are comfortable properly performing them on patients before being thrown into rotations. Not only is the coursework excellent but the community service opportunities give everyone a chance to make an impact on the community. This year my class raised so much money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Light the Night walk to end cancer that we were in the top 5 groups to raise the most out of every group in Manhattan that participated! Pace university does not only teach you how to be a Physician Assistant but also how to be a better person. I am so proud to be a part of this institution!"

"The accounting program could be the best program in the school. Pace University has excellent career services to support student to find internship or full time job. The New York campus is next to wall street , where all the major companies in finance industry are located at, and it explained the reason of the high employment rate."

"This is a solid private University in the NYC area. Professors taught the classes well. The rest of the staff provided us with multiple resources to help us attain jobs and advance our careers."

"The Elisabeth Haub School of Law is a standard law school located uptown of New York. It has a great reputation for its Environmental Law program. So far, the education and experience have been great and enlightening. The provision of an externship at the United Nations makes it a great experience overall."

"Attending a college in the heart of a big city had many advantages. There were many opportunities for internships and work and it taught me that I need to be proactive and take advantage of the opportunities that are offered. At Pace there was not a huge platform for psychology students, being most known for business and arts (theater etc.) in the beginning I was a little lost. Once I joined the psychology club a door opened to internships and jobs that I would have never known about by doing my own research. I would highly recommend joining a club in your major because it not only builds your experience and your resume, but I was also able to create lasting friendships with people who were interested in the same things as me. Now I am on the way to apply to graduate school in the hopes of becoming a Nurse Practitioner! Without the learning style and curriculum at Pace University I would not have had the discipline to really realize the career path I wanted to take."
