"The Marriage and Family Therapy program is a rigorous academic program that trains us to look especially at social just and cultural diversity. We are being trained differently from other programs in that while we are clinicians, we are also trained to see the client as a human and what true empathy looks like."

"I love the MFT graduate program at Pacific Oaks because of the flexibility of the classes, the supportive and motivating instructors and the family feel you get from the school staff. It's the best decision I have made educationally."

"If you are looking for a challenging program and actually have a BA in psychology, this is not the program for you. Everything is so dumbed down, it's ridiculous. This program is great because it allows for people to go into a Masters program without getting a BA, but for those who do have one, it's worthless. They also value feelings over facts, which can get very annoying. However, the teachers are generally very nice and open and there are no tests, just papers."
