"The worst community college ever! Buyer beware. It doesn't deserve even one star. Representatives from PCC cane to San Marino High School bragging about free tuition for first year incoming freshman if our seniors signed up. I heard this statement over and over again, not once indicating any fine print of having to qualify for financial aid to even get this. My son was in special education and counselors helped him apply. He went into Freshman year and dropped out according to PCC in September just weeks after school started. I thought he dropped out after a massive car accident that put him in the hospital in October. I went to the campus to return his books right after the head on collision whereby he sustained a concussion, bruising and marks all over his face from the air bag deploying. A year and a half later we received a 550.00 bill and we were threatened with collections if we didn't pay his three classes that he dropped within that first month of school. I spent over 20 hours of my time in emails, phone calls, filling out forms, visiting the campus to appeal this issue and was told that since he dropped out in September before his car accident, money was owed even though all incoming students were told San Marino High has a special agreement with PCC for free tuition for incoming Freshman students-never ever did they mention some Promise Program that is the free tuition only applied if you qualify for financial aid. This is literally the worst school we have ever had to deal with, so unaccommodating and unprofessional. Just unbelievable."

"Pasadena City College has a diverse crowd of professors. I do not believe that any other community college comes close in quality of professors, and the personal level that can be attained in this community college is not something that is easy to find in a larger university. Professor Kao's Asian American Psychology taught me about how being Asian affects my life and affects the country. My psychology course taught me about the importance of researching what makes an individual and that learning about happiness is just as important as learning about illnesses. My Scientific Method As Critical Thinking class taught by Professor Maier inspired me to learn about the morality of new advances in the medical field, such as moral issues in surrogate mothers and abortion."

"I was attending Cerritos College, but when I transferred to Pasadena City College I saw a huge difference. PCC offers real education. The teachers are well prepared. The services and programs are awesome. I love this Community College. I'm planning to transfer to a 4 year University and they're helping me do it!"

"My college, Pasadena City College, is a good two year community college to help a student get their associates and/or get into a four-year college . This is one of the most highly rated 2 year colleges in the country. The services are good to."
