"The courses offer small student to teacher ratios which allows the student to really engage with the instructor. The professors are really interested in learning about your career goals, research interests, and project ideas. The library staff is quite knowledgeable and can help you navigate the databases to find the right peer reviewed articles for your assignments. The course plan clearly outlined which courses were needed to earn the degree. The career counseling office staff helped me navigate the job hunt front and provided interview tips. The job fair also gave me an opportunity to meet representatives from many school districts and find the right career fit for me. The school is expensive so take the time to learn about your financing options."

"If you are an independent and motivated person, this is your program. Most projects/papers are application based and helpful in real- world activities. There could be better student services, networking, and interaction with faculty for better connections."

"Depending on the luck of the draw, Pepperdine can be a truly great eduction program that offers a lot to current and former students. There is an extensive network, and depending also on site location, people with incredible networking skills that they use to help students with field placements and even job placements after the program has ended. Professors know you by name, and have real classroom experience to back their lessons. The downside to the program is that there is no personalization option available. They have a single track that all students follow if they are looking for their credential and masters. It would be drastically improved if there were specialty classes within the university that offered a diverse class selection to fit student interest and needs."

"I had a great experience in the program. There were times when the program seemed a bit disorganized but was overall successful in teaching and implementing most recent theories of education."

"The program provided many projects that have practical applications- not just writing papers for the sake of it like many other programs. The information is very useful and would benefit organizations looking for innovation and change."
