"I attended the AC campus and it was the worst program ever. Ms V. and Mr S.J. were amazing but unfortunately they are not the only two teaching. Please do not attend this school and waste your money they are only interested in making money you will be teaching yourself for $28,000. I wish someone could've posted this for me before I attended!."

"Prism Career Institute is the worst school to attend, I really strongly recommend that no one apply to the Cherry Hill Campus, The CEO and DON of the school look down on you like you are nothing, education wise well let's just say forget it and that you are basically teaching yourself, all the teachers act like they are scared of the DON & really jump when she say how high, they can't never seem to keep the decent teachers because of lack of respect & improper teaching skills that the schools DON requires, had I knew what I no now I would not have waisted my time on my money attending to such a horrible structured school!"

"For those who want to pursue a career in nursing. Please look into other schools other than Prism, Philadelphia. The school was horrible! I just recently graduated and feel like this school does not have the equipment to help me successfully pass the NCLEX. The Administration is horrible from the DON with purple hair Tyra down to no instructors! They are quick to request for funds but will supply you with the books and other essential tools needed days prior to the term is over????? Don't let the facade fool you, the fancy sign, doors, and computers ( 50% of them do not work). They treat us like prisoners and children. If i can do it all over again, I would have chosen some place more reputable!! Like the old saying, " Nurses ate their young" well at prism, they devour, manipulate, and shred their students to pieces! Choose wisely avoid PRISM Philadelphia"

"This school is horrible! I would not refer anyone who is serious about a career to go there. They are all about money no one in the administration cares about the students. They give you textbooks then tell the instructors not to tech from them only the lecture notes that were provided by the DON Barbara Robinson. They pass students who have truly failed by providing answers to test. The staff and school are very unorganized!! Stay away if you can avoid this school don't waste your time and $28,000."

"I completed the LPN program at Prism. Like with any school there are ups & downs . I found the one on ones to be helpful, for example if you need tutoring it will be provided. I learn better with teacher/student discussions so Mr.M. St. Joseph was my favorite teacher as he taught this was, unlike most others reading off power point. I wish we had more practical time in pediatrics & a bigger variety of clinicals than nursing homes, but i understand bringing students in this is not always possible. The LPN Program is a bit pricey, & the curriculum did seem to change with every term, but if you needed extra help it was always available & those who complain didn't utilize it. I found S.S. to be absolutely amazing, as well as Vivian Bettis- Her position was filled after i had graduated so we never met but she was super persistent in getting my resume out there & getting me multiple offers. Just use the resources available to you & you will have no problem graduating, passing your boards, & finding a job. One thing, I wish IV Therapy actually taught us phlebotomy instead of powe rpoints. That was a major gripe of mine. Also i wish they taught us to read EKG's, as I found the excuse that it was "on the job training" was used, but in my opinion wouldn't it be better to go into a job already having these skills?!"

"After working as a Home Health Care provider for sometime, I decided to go back to school to pursue my career in nursing. The first term was challenging, but with the help of great instructors ( in class and Clinicals) determination and lots of studying I made it through. I recently sat for the Nclex and passed!!!! I am now looking forward to helping others."

"I am a single parent of 4 teenagers and felt it was time to go back to school for what I always wanted to be. I wasn't prepared to enter into an RN program and found Prism. As with learning anything else, it was something that I completely wanted for myself and took from it everything I could. Prism gave me the foundation and knowledge I needed to begin my career and look further at my education. In passing the NCLEX the first go round, I can say that I am satisfied with all that Prism has helped me achieve."
