"I attended Ramapo College from 2009-2013 for my undergrad degree. It was an idea college experience. The campus is beautiful with lovely greenery and mountain scenery. It’s big enough to feel like you’ve got plenty of options to explore and walk around without feeling overwhelming or like dorms/buildings are too far away. My dorm experience was that they were nicer and a more advantageous roommate situation than most. I had fewer roommates and more bathroom access than my friends at other colleges. I feel like my professors were available and matched my engagement. I got great mentorship when I went to office hours. I still keep in touch with two of them more than 10 years later! I loved the choir program too. Rigorous music and we traveled in the summer. I went to Guam and Russia (obviously we wouldn’t go there now). Getting to see the world and make music and memories was such an amazing experience. I’m so glad I chose Ramapo.Read Less"

"Ramapo College of New Jersey has a beautiful campus with a quality education. The teachers care, and they are very diverse and well educated. There are a wide variety of programs available for students to get involved, and they offer quite a bit of scholarship money to out of state students. I love PO! If you go here, you will not regret it."

"Ramapo is a very unique school that provides a very high quality liberal arts education. Although I do not enjoy the winter season and hoped to attend college away from the east coast, I have no regrets about my choice to attend Ramapo College of NJ!"

The faculty at Ramapo is extremely dedicated to education and the student body is bright and dedicated to learning. The school has also treated me well as an alumni, constantly sending me job opportunities in my field that I may be interested in. Plus it doesn't hurt that the dorms are kick ass."

"My experience at Ramapo College for the most part was very positive. The Psychology department was well structured and majority of the professors truly cared about your education. Professors were helpful and caring and gave you a wide range of culture and diversity. The professors were very knowledgeable in the category they were teaching. Ramapo College however seemed to lack with their help in financial advising and funding/ scholarships for those only enrolled with a major in Psychology. Most scholarships were directed towards applied science majors.Read Less"
