Don't go to this school you would be better off schooling yourself. I went in 05-07 in the Criminal Justice Program Memphis Campus. Upon my graduation they told me I could not because of loans that had to be paid off from their school.

When I asked why was I not informed until 2 years later they had no answer. When I talked to the Dean she said It had to be paid but also informed me it was their mistake but I still couldnt get my AAS degree. So i basically went to school for nothing for 2 whole years..

Graduation Year: 2012

This is a school that will leave you feeling completely empty. It will make you wonder how they are allowed to charge so much for you to get so little. I find it sad that I went through this entire program wanting to learn as much as possible but yet I still do not feel ready for the job market.

The instructors are good, well some of them anyways. It is true that they do have a high turn over rate. The students prior to my class pretty much ruined the job market and any credibility we had as serious billers or coders. Basically, no matter if you are a good student or not, if you attend this school, employers don't want you. Period.

Graduation Year: 2010

I went to this school looking for a bit of a step up in the employment area. I should have done my homework, for real. I graduated AND got state certified, I have yet to get a relevent job lead from them. Student career placement is a joke, I graduted as a Medical assistant, but they send me jobs leads for STNA, HHA and other jobs I had no concideration for. None of my fellow students have jobs in what we studied for. THIS SCHOOL IS A RIP OFF! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

If I had known I could have just bought the books to study for the pharmacy technician certification on my own I would have not wasted over 13 grand at this ghetto school. It is not worth the money at all. Even after I graduated, they were still claiming I was a student there to get my pell money from the state of tennessee, then when I tried to enroll in a real school, I had to wait for the next academic year to start, because all of my available funds for that year were used up.

The Memphis Campus is a joke. I wish I would not have wasted my time and money on something I could have done on my own!!

Remington has some good and bad spots. Sometimes as a person you have to know what you want. I sometimes knew what classes meant more to me than others. I knew in my mind what I could get away with. And as a person starts to get older they can also recognize that in other people. Some Instructors are very versed, others may be looking for something that is totally irrelevant. Although I may not get back to school at those costs there's some good people there. I developed Schizophrenia at age 22. I was completely exhausted when I graduated Remington College. I can tell you, your going to get a benefit from it as long as you sit through it.

Graduation Year: June 2011

I went to Remington for Medical Assistant. All they seem to care about is your money. Poor communications, they pass the buck. They lie to get you in there and even worse I still have not found a job!!!

I would ask that next time the folks of Remington College show a little more respect.

I attended Remington in 2003 for the MA program. They told me everything I wanted to hear esp about getting a job as an MA! My attendance was good. I maintained very good grades! I even made the Dean's list several times. Point is, it's been several years since I attended remington and I still dont have a job as an MA because I don't have any work experience. I dont know how people expect u to get work experience if they're not willing to hire you! Im stuck paying on a $9000 loan w/ no job. So if you're considering Remington College( garland campus)for the MA program( or whatever) please reconsider. Dont waste your time or money.

When I went in to my "interview" they were telling me everything I wanted to hear. Yes, everything seemed to good to be true. I guess you can say that it's my fault for believing them, but I was young, and I think they used that to their advantage. Straight up they told me I would only pay 10 grand of the 30 grand tuition because I qualified for financial aid. They told me I wouldn't have trouble finding a jib when I graduated. WRONG. And they also told me that if I wanted to get my Nursing degree right after I can easily transfer my credits. BIG LIE! There is no one here that take Remington credits. That school is full of lies. All they care about is trapping a student in and sucking the money out of them.
