"Rhodes is a small liberal arts school with an emphasis on pre-professional education (pre-law and pre-med). This school feels like a high school, you will know the majority of people in your class and if that's something you're not a fan of then I'd avoid this school. Memphis is an exciting place but slightly dangerous to live off campus, which is why they don't allow it until senior year. Its an expensive school but the academics are relatively reputable and you have the opportunity to get to know your professors really well."

"Rhodes College is a small liberal arts college that helps students grow and learn with small class sizes, opportunities to get outside the classroom, and great professors. Its small size and location in a big city contribute to students' learning opportunities."

"What sold me on the school was the small class sizes which allowed for a more individual experience. I also learned that a liberal arts education for people with a technical major makes a much more well-rounded student/job applicant. The beautiful campus didn't hurt either!"

"Attending Rhodes College for my undergraduate degree was the best decision I've made in my life. The campus is not only breathtakingly beautiful, but the faculty is outstanding, and the education you'll receive is unrivaled. At 2000, the student body was the ideal size for me. Classes were small enough that I didn't feel like "just a number" and I could have one-on-one interactions with my professors. I felt comfortable on campus, as I recognized or knew the name of almost everyone I passed on the way to classes. The campus is amazing, and it's gated, which is a plus. When you want to go off campus, Memphis is a great city to explore."
