"The program is very insightful and exposes students to a wide range of possibilities. The major challenging factor is the expenses, the fees are on the very high side."

"The course work in the computer science program at RIT is rigorous. Hard work and dedication is required to sail through. It prepares you for taking any kind of difficult task you will face in the industry. The co-op at RIT is something that gives the student the taste of practical implementation of theory. The courses make sure that the basics of the student becomes much more concrete and clear. As for cons, not much research going that students can be part of."

"Academic program was very competitive, at least the quarter system made it so. Network, labs, coursework is very good. However the best part is if you want a shot at best jobs in the country like Apple,Google, Microsoft, Cisco et al. RIT is your place. The number of courses with bridge courses make it a little tedious but at the end of the day you will be glad that you came to RIT. Coz it is all worth the effort. You come here ordinary but when you leave this place, you leave like a champion coder."

"RIT is an extremely competitive and quality school with a great focus on career applications and job placement. They also provide job search and career resources to their alumni. The tuition is expensive and the cost is very high if you live on campus. Financial aid is great for undergraduate students, but not for graduate students. They will do well to get you loans and you will usually get a stipend from your individual graduate program, but it's difficult to get grants through the financial aid office."
