"This is a very unique program that combines the traditional business studies of a typical MBA program and applies them to the world of digital technology and media. This full-time program is very-fast paced and far from easy but every course is planned in order to provide students with the managerial skills today's companies require. Included in the program are a summer internship, a Capstone project, and platinum passes to Austin's famous South by Southwest conference, all of which are included with the intention of boosting resumes and building networks for graduates to land great jobs."

"St edwards university has a very well rounded counseling program which is primarily geared towards professional licensure as a practicing counselor for individual or family therapy. It seems to me to be very appropriate for gaining the needed training to enter this exciting field"

"It is a challenging and enriching program which is teaching me a lot about myself. I am learning a lot and feel that this experience is benefiting me inside and out. I wish that there were more times/dates available for taking certain courses, but overall the courses have been amazing and thought-provoking."

"This program allows you to study abroad with a variety of people and institutions. The main and pretty much only negative comment is that it is expensive, however, it is good value against comparable programs."

"Tuition is a bit high, but is well offset by the individual attention received in a small classroom environment. The program has already guided me to a higher ethical standard of performance in my personal and professional life. I wouldn't change my decision to attend St. Edwards."

"The pros of my graduate program are the following: quality of education being received, the quality of professors, and the support by faculty and staff. Cons are very few with the limited amount and location of parking."

"This is one of the only international programs for Environmental Management and Sustainability, with the first year in Austin and the second in France. The program allows for students to learn about different environments firsthand and experience how issues are addressed worldwide."

"I love this program. I feel it is absolutely right for me. It is, however, very rigorous, and not for the faint of heart! It is meant for those who are extremely passionate about both business and digital technologies and how we can combine both of them. I love that St. Ed's is located in Austin, which is a key player in the industry as well as a lovely city to live in."

"The pros of St. Edward's University is a quality education. Goes beyond the textbook to give student practical and real world examples. Professors are accessible and willing to help students succeed in class. Professors work diligently with students issues of work, family and other strains that may arise. The professors are currently practicing counseling and imparts crucial information that is relevant and up to date. The cons of St. Edward's University is the cost to attend graduate school. Not many scholarships are available to graduate students. Needs improvement on preparing students for practicum that lets students know what to expect when they are on their own. Graduate students typically have to ask other students for information because the professors did not prepare them adequately. Availability of classes to get the needed courses is very competitive to the student to teacher ratio."

"The pros of this program is that it is a small school, so your classes are small and you get to know your professors closely. Also, all the faculty are practicing counselors, so you are getting real world experience in the classroom. The academic education is top-notch. The cons are that it is an expensive school. A state school would be much more affordable, but then I would not get as much one on one time with professors as I do here."

"I am a new student at St. Edwards (in my first year) I would say in this first year I have not noticed any cons to the school program. The only tiff I would have would be that living on campus is extremely expensive and thus sadly not an option for me. Pro's are that the faculty are the most caring group of people I have encountered in my college career. Maybe it's the major I am in (Counselling) but they seem to genuinely care about our well being and our success. I have thought many times about transferring schools back to my native East Coast to be closer to my family, but I have not because I really enjoy my experience at St. Edwards and do not know if it could be matched elsewhere."

"I am part of a pilot year Master's of Science in Environmental Management and Sustainability. The program is equal parts ecology and project management. In addition, the 2nd year of this 2 year program will be completed in Angers, France at St. Edward's sister school UCO. The fall semesters are all course work, while the spring semester for both years is based around personal research. I am starting my spring semester now. The program coordinator and ecology professor is highly accessible and willing to work with students at all times. In addition, the research opportunities are vast. The business professors have been slightly harder to work with. This may be due to the new and unique nature of the program. The first semester was extremely time consuming and rigorous."

"St. Edwards University is a fairly small campus. What I like best is that for the MAC program, there is a ceiling of about 20 to 25 students per class. This allows for a much more intimate learning opportunity. I know each of my peers on a first name basis and there is a deeper connection with peers and professors. I do not feel like a number, I feel like my success in this program is very important to my professors as well as myself. The only drawback to this school is that it is very expensive; but... you get what you pay for."
