"One key pro of my graduate program is the interaction with professionals in the HR field. The professors have knowledgeable experience that helps students understand how to apply the learned skills of HR. Also, the small class sizes give students the opportunities to have more one-on-one time with their professors. The scope of the graduate program incorporates all areas of HR, however I do not feel as though there are enough opportunities around the area for graduate students to get hands-on experience in comparison to other universities."

"The price is more expensive than many other graduate programs. For the area I will be entering in HR, the coursework had very little to do with what I will be doing in my career. This was expressed to the faculty I had, who were excellent educators, but didn't appreciate me voicing the low impact this will have in my career. Too much work for an online course that had nothing to do with my objectives or those, from speaking with my supervisors, who will be leading my career. Would not recommend Saint Francis to those entering HR/Recruiting."

"Saint Francis University is known for its health sciences graduate programs. Nevertheless, Saint Francis University does an amazing job helping and guiding those who choose to pursue a graduate degree in areas other than Health Sciences. I think its administration and faculty focuses a great deal in working with each graduate student so that they make the best out of their experience. I am grateful to have such caring professors who not only enjoy teaching, but go out of their way to assist us if we are stuck or lost. Most of my professors teach through experience. They are lawyers, HR administrators, benefit specialists, and more. In my opinion, this is an advantage to us. We learn first-hand and are able to receive more information that a textbook does not have. Not to mention it is a great source to network off of. I am glad I chose to pursue to attain a masters in Human Resource Management through Saint Francis."

"After completing my undergraduate degree at Saint Francis University, I continued to work towards my Master's in Human Resource Management. I really enjoy SFU overall, including the academic support, friendliness of the population, and beauty of the campus!"

"After completing my undergraduate degree in Business Management from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, I decided to pursue my MHRM at Saint Francis University through a Graduate Assistant position in the School of Business and Graduate Business programs. The MHRM program provided me with additional knowledge and skills that I will be able to use in my future career. I was given the opportunity to network with professors in the classroom and local professionals through collegiate and community organizations. The MHRM program has given me the tools and connections I need to pursue my career in HR. In addition to the benefits I've received, SFU has also offered a friendly environment that made my experience truly enjoyable."
