"The field study office and field professors are not helpful and do not back up students or support them. I had great professors and a great education otherwise. The field experience was terrible and I cannot recommend this school to anyone now. Go to Augsburg, Walden, or Winona State."

"This program is very difficult for a full time working individual. There is 6+ hours of homework a week including many pages to read, discussion posts, journal entries and lengthy papers due every week. Some instructors are flexible while others were not at all! Currently looking to switch programs, Do not recommend as there is no flexibility."

"Saint Mary's University has provided me with an excellent way to obtain my Masters degree with a flexible schedule. They have also provided me with an iPad to take my coursework every where I go. Most of the instructors have been wonderful and very attentive too! The workload is mostly reasonable; although there have been several occasions where working full-time and completing classes leaves me with no time for my family. Some homework is due every Wednesday and the remainder on Sundays. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to get the reading done by Wednesday to complete your homework competently. The other downside is your program schedule. The school sets your schedule and you have no say in what classes you want to take and when...you are automatically enrolled. Because of this, I didn't get to take the elective I wanted to take."

"Having my program be online allows for the flexibility I needed to go back to school around my job and raising my son. It is great to be able to log on and complete coursework when it is convenient for me."
