"Seattle University weds quality education to a social justice agenda, supporting students in critical reflection about their worlds and making education a vehicle for social change. It's also located in a beautiful part of one of America's best cities, which doesn't hurt either."

"One of the only programs of its kind in the country. Rigorous and selective psychotherapy training program. This is not your typical counseling techniques curriculum."

"Seattle University is a great school. The MAP program is challenging. the coast of a private institution is expensive. The school is located on Capital hill which is great spot. There is camps security and police on campus at all times. Occasionally you have to be careful of crimes in area."

"The MAP program is very demanding. It combines both psychology and philosophy. It challenges your entire being. The faculty is supportive and the knowledge gained is priceless. The program does not focus on a particular technique rather it is focused on the experience. The school is located in the downtown area of Seattle. There are many places to go out or grab a bite. There is 24 hours campus security but they cannot control everything that goes on in the area. Seattle University is a private school so tuition is expensive. The professors are well connected in the community, which is helpful for careers after graduate in addition to expanding your professional network."
