"I went back to school late in life and had no up-to-date knowledge of the admission process, the financial aid process, or the course study. I had an excellent advisor who walked me step-by-step through each process. I started by attending night classes and transitioned into online classes. I feel I had the best experience both being on campus and online, because of the professors. The faculty is amazing, and the campus is quaint and homey. The Southern Baptist Convention operates the university; therefore, students have excellent opportunities to connect with local churches and other college students. Great Experience!"

"Shorter is an outstanding school! Shorter works well for working adults. Very knowledgeable professors that are always willing to assist and answer any questions that you may have. My experience at Shorter University was dynamic! I learned a lot, and applied it to my professional profile."

"Intimate environment, Was fun when I was there and a great school for science, but since I have left a lot of things have changed and I would advise against this school for their science program."

"Shorter University is a GREAT school. A little on the pricey side since it is a private college, but I enjoyed the small, close knit atmosphere. The student to teacher ratio cannot be beat!"

"I would definitely recommend Shorter University to future students. I am currently in pharmacy school at a large university, and Shorter more than prepared me for more rigorous classes. Although Shorter has made many changes since my time there, I believe in what they stand for and I'm proud of many of the decisions they have made. Most of the teachers I had have moved on to other schools, but I still believe this is a great school."
