"SWOSU College of Pharmacy is one of the worst schools I have ever been to. The teachers and higher ups act like they are better than everyone else. We were expected to take an exam through a tornado, as the alarms were going off and the police told us to leave, and teachers do not care one bit about the students. The only thing this school cares about is the money they can hustle from us. I would never recommend this school to anyone. They will fail you by 0.89%, no matter how hard you work. Go to somewhere that fosters your learning environment."

"I think this university really goes out of their way to ensure that students can obtain the education they desire. Their course catalog includes options for on-campus, web conference/distant learning, and online education. The university uses the canvas module effectively so that students can easily navigate and manage their course work. Additionally, I think that the student advisers are extremely helpful and truly do have the best interest of their students in mind. The course instructors seem to be extremely knowledgeable and readily available to students."

"This university has a perfect balance of city and small town for students that are from small towns. The professors are friendly and the classes are small in number to better assist with you getting the most for your money."

"The class sizes were smaller and I felt more like a student than a number. The professors were very approachable, helpful and available when I had questions about the subject matter or college questions in general. I was very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend SWOSU to anyone considering a smaller university."

"I really like the graduate program at SWOSU. The only cons are mostly mine and not the schools, however, as I live nearly two hours away from campus. On the positive side, classes are weekly which helps with scheduling and gas costs."

"The professors at Southwestern are second to none. In my 6 years of attendance I have had mostly Doctor's as teachers, even during my undergraduate work. The teachers are down to earth and teach in a way that is easy to understand. They always treated students as people and not just a number or a seat filler. The cost is less than some of the larger schools in Oklahoma and the city has a lower cost of living. The town of Weatherford is a welcoming college communityand they treat students very well. I sincerely recommend SWOSU because of the way the faculty treats everyone. The campus has added new facilities such as classrooms and gymnasium, and fine arts auditorium."

"The pros of my graduate program include helpful and caring faculty, challenging coursework, great networking opportunities, great campus life activities and chances for student involvement, and multiple available resources. The program is wonderful and I'm grateful for the program I have been accepted into at SWOSU. I enjoy every aspect of it!"

"As a pharmacy student we are expected to be able to work hard and be able to handle class work loads. This program is a very good program in terms education. They do not baby you, but treat you with respect and enable you to become a good pharmacist in the future. There are a total of two pharmacy schools in the state that I live in and Southwestern is far superior in terms of education and companies wanting to hire you when you graduate. Southwestern has a 100% passing rate on the NAPLEX, the licensing exam that pharmacist must take after they graduate with a Pharm D. degree. The school is in a small town, but they make up for it by having many different events throughout the year and social activities to get you to know other students. Overall, I believe that this school is a great place to attend because it has a great environment. I don't know from experience about other majors, but if you are interested in pharmacy, this university is one of the top in my opinion. They really prepare you for the future and to be great at the position."

"My graduate program has been very helpful with working around my schedule as a full time educator. The course work is going to prepare me to be a better teacher both in and out of the classroom. The program is also very small which does inhibit some of the classes that are offered to me but provides for closer learning with my instructors."

"Location is good because it provides a study environment for studying, but it is very isolated."
