"Attending Stanbridge University in Irvine as a part-time LVN student while working full-time has been an incredible experience. The instructors are absolutely phenomenal — they bring a perfect blend of professional expertise and genuine care to their teaching. Each lesson is engaging, practical, and directly applicable to real-world clinical settings. Their willingness to answer questions, offer support, and go the extra mile makes all the difference. I never felt like 'just another student.' Instead, I always felt valued, encouraged, and confident that I was building the skills I needed to succeed in my nursing career.Beyond the outstanding teaching, the community at Stanbridge has been nothing short of amazing. My peers are not only bright and driven but also incredibly supportive. Despite the demands of balancing full-time work with classes, I always felt part of a team—whether we were studying together, sharing experiences, or celebrating small victories. This peer camaraderie, along with this flexible part-time schedule, allowed me to thrive academically and professionally. Thanks to Stanbridge, I'm now better prepared and more confident in my nursing practice than I ever could have imagined.Thank You,Maria Gonzalez"

"For the most part Stanbridge was great! But there were a voice instructors that I’m not sure were vetted thoroughly, while educated from a nursing aspect some lacked integrity, were judgmental as well as okay with their behavior. I do think graduation twice a year would be nice, as I finished my program 9/2024, been in my new role 6 months and I’m just walking. Communication throughout the program was a struggle, nonetheless I left prepared for my field.Cindy B, Tiffany K, Joe B, Elias R, and Evaristo V are GEMS. Stanbridge’s AVN program thrived because of them!"

"As a recent graduate of the Vocational Nursing program at Stanbridge Irvine, I can say the experience was both challenging and rewarding. The program is intense and fast-paced, but it’s designed to prepare you for the realities of the nursing field. The instructors are knowledgeable and many bring real-world clinical experience into their teaching. Skills lab was hands-on and well-equipped, which made it easier to build confidence in performing clinical tasks. What stood out most was the structure—everything from ATI integration to simulation labs and clinical rotations helped reinforce classroom learning. The clinical sites varied in quality, but I gained valuable experience working with real patients under supervision. Support services like tutoring and NCLEX prep resources were available, but you had to advocate for yourself to fully benefit from them.Stanbridge demands a lot, but if you stay focused and take advantage of what’s offered, it can set a solid foundation for your LVN career. Just be prepared to work hard and stay organized."

"Yess! Finally done - loved the program and my classmates. Clinical sites were excellent - NCLEX review was early but very good - long days, the Judy Miller class needs to have shorter days. Thank you Charles for your positive attitude!"
