"The business program had much better teachers than I had for my associate's degree. They were really interested in helping you learn the subjects."

"I was accepted into Texas A&M University through a partnership with the Department of the Army as an intern. My educational experiences consisted of hybrid courses which fostered great personal and professional relationships with my classmates. As a full time worker, I never felt left out of the various networking and recreational activities that Texas A&M offered. One of my onsite classes was conducted in the evening. I enjoyed each session with our professor who made class very interactive and a great learning environment. The University was all about making the school an enjoyable experience by fostering relationships amongst peers. There were times that my peers and I had some difficulty with an online accounting class. The majority of us did not have a background in business courses while pursuing our undergraduate degree. The University went above and beyond to set up face-to-face study sessions with our professor. Wow! That helped me so much and I could not wait to tackle another accounting problem. We were also encouraged to study together in teams! I really enjoyed my time there and they are still very helpful since graduating in 2010."

"Attending Texas A&M greatly enhanced my career as an intern. The fear and uncertainty of transitioning from an undergraduate degree in Biology to pursing a Masters of Science degree in Business on an accelerated path to graduate in 13 months, was greatly eased by the admissions department, advisors, and processors. I learned how blending technology in the classroom and online enhances one's learning capacity, critical and creative thinking. Many extracurricular opportunities were given for the students to network and connect with each other."

"If I had to choose a college to go to again, I wouldn't pick this college. I had a really bad experience there."

"The faculty at TAMU-Texarkana is highly invested in the doctoral program for Educational Leadership. It collaborates with online classes from TAMU-Commerce, but also has the option of graduating from either school. It's a smaller school, the registrar will even call you on a Saturday to correct any issues you have. The librarians are awesome and will sit and have a session with you over coffee just to familiarize you with how to access everything in their library as well as the entire Texas A&M system. Professors are very knowledgeable. Love it here!"

"A strength for the TAMU-T graduate program is the accessibility of the faculty. Faculty members present themselves in friendly and approachable manners. Faculty attend conferences with students."
