Degree: Cosmetology
Graduation Year: 2011

It's 4 years later and I am not working in this career field at all. I tried many different salons, but each just solidified my worry of having not been ready to graduate. They pump people in and out (or did when I was there-starting a class of 30 or so every month) I expressed my worry with three different instructors, that I did not feel ready, or wasn't catching on. Each time it was brushed off and told it was ok. I usually catch on to things and excel. It's beauty school, but there were so many students in the only class room (outside of their 2 core classrooms) think 40 or more people at a time, that it just wasn't effective when people had questions. Unfortunate, bc the people were very fun. They instructors do not always have a lot of experience, as a couple students that were students when I started, and one that started after me, have all taught there while I was still there or shortly after we graduated. I ow 24000$ in school loans for this for profit over priced school, and they completely disregarded my concerns. Only a couple people I attended school with are still working in cosmetology, the rest of us are in school for something else. More student loans. I hate to give a bad review, but I have to be honest.
