"College has been making me a better person and I have no doubt that it will continue to do so. There is something about training one self to always be willing to learn and open to listening that shapes the character an individual. I have found that I am more disciplined because I am constantly doing homework in between working and family time whereas in the past I was more lazy. I enjoy the breadth of knowledge that reading gives and the precision of thought that writing gives. The academic rigor involved in this program is very difficult but attainable. To get an idea of how difficult it can be, WASC (the accreditation provider) has had to ask to reduce the amount of work that students are given. Also, I enjoy meeting different people from different walks of life that have different viewpoints and approaches to solving problems. This networking is not something that can be done in an online format as the strongest of bonds are forged when struggling alongside others working toward a common goal. I look forward to continued challenges, opportunities and growth. If you are interested in pursuing a Divinity degree, TMS is the place to go!"

"The education I received at the Master's University is truly priceless. The professors in every department are devoted Christians who desire for their students to grow in their relationship with the Lord over their academic success. This is shown in their pursuit of their students in the classroom and outside the classroom. I never imagined going to college and having professors praying specifically for me before class starts, and devoting their time to have lunch with me in the cafeteria. Inside the classroom the professors display an exalted understand of who God is and how His word applies to their discipline. God's Word is always incorporated in to every lecture and assignment. The classes will cause you to grow in your understanding of the subject and challenge you in your academic pursuits. The Master's University offers many classes that appeal to the interest of every student including a class on the biblical book of Isaiah all the way to Paleontology. The student life at TMU is one that is unique! The undergraduate population is approximately 1,000 students. Nearly 20% of the student population includes international students! The activities put on by student life include intramural sports, student body events such as fall thing and spring party, attending sporting events and receiving free T-shirts, and more! In addition, the dorm staff do an excellent job at pursing the students and their spiritual well-being. One of the greatest aspects of student life is that the college purchases Disneyland tickets for each student desiring to go and subsides the price greatly. This is the best day of the whole school year! All your friends, professors, and faculty go to Disneyland on the same day and it is a blast! Not to mention we all ride the Jungle Cruise ride at the same time and set records for the number of boats we fill. My favorite aspect of TMU the IBEX program they offer. IBEX stands for Israel Bible EXtension in which 32 students apply to spend a semester studying in the Holy Land! I participated in this program in the spring of 2016. Personally, IBEX changed my life in more ways than I can describe. The IBEX campus is located in the Judean Hill Country of Israel right next to Kiryat Jearim (2 Samuel 6) and a 20 minute drive to Jerusalem! Your time in Israel will be spent traveling all around the land including famous places such as Jerusalem, the Sea of Galilee, Mediterranean Sea, Dead Sea, Masada, snorkeling in the Red Sea, Jericho, and more! In addition to traveling the country you will have the opportunity to take up to 16 units of classes all about the Bible! This program is three months long and the cost is the same as what you would pay to attend TMU for one semester in the States. Another study abroad program offered is a two week trip to Turkey and Greece. I took this trip recently and I loved it! The trip is a New Testament based trip in which you will visit the seven churches of the book of Revelation, many of the places Paul visited on his missionary journeys, and even a few historical sites! The Turkey-Greece trip is offered every other year during the Christmas break. This trip can be taken for academic credit and/or leisure. One of the perks about this trip is that it is lead by a different Bible professor every time! The Master's University is also adding a new travel abroad program this summer (2017) to Italy! This six week long trip aims to provide a biblical approach to history grounded in European Renaissance and Reformation. Those who attend will live in Florence! Lastly, the location of TMU is one of it's greatest selling points. The campus is located 20 minutes north of Los Angeles, one hour east of almost every beach, and in a secluded canyon of Santa Clarita. It is a great spot to stay outside of the hustle and bustle of L.A. life, but close enough to peak all your interests!"

"I had an excellent academic experience at TMC. The Bible Department was invaluable in equipping me to know how to put my degree in biblical counseling to good practical use in real life upon graduation. My college years at Master's are a part of my life that I treasure greatly."

"My experience at TMC was one of great life lessons learned. Because of the social aspect of studying alongside other like-minded yet diverse students (which was totally new to me, since I was home educated) as well as the gracious presence of the remarkably giving professors, the in-class setting was intensely personal and extremely sanctifying. Majoring in Biblical Counseling was like delving into a four-year intensive devotional study of how to live life in such a way as to love Christ and others foremostly through God-glorifying servanthood and ultimate self-sacrifice by coming alongside those in need and being Jesus' hands and feet to them. This four-year intensive education in how to care for others in light of the gospel has proven to be one of the absolute best investments and most rewarding commitments of my entire life. I highly recommend it!"

"We have a good graduate program. The faculty has strong professionals skills and encourage students to apply to shows in accordance with their schedule. This program encourage me to respond to a subject matter no by using western philosophical concepts but by using African concepts."

"The Classes are in the evening which is great because you are free to use the day time hours for work or internships. Everyone at Masters is also very friendly and as long as you get to the right person they are helpful and putting everything together. they have a great music program that I can participate in as a graduate student which is very nice."
