"The PTA to DPT transition program through the University of Findlay has been great so far with all of the professors really tailoring their instruction of specific topics to us as current clinicians trying to further ourselves within the realm of physical therapy. The college itself is pretty nice, with all I've seen so far being well taken care of. The faculty really hammered into us during orientation that we are not fighting for spots in school anymore and we've really come together as a class to help each other out through the learning process. The whole experience so far has been great, and I would highly recommend it to others who might be thinking about furthering their degree in PT."

"At The University of Findlay, I was able to complete my undergraduate degree and graduate degree in six years versus seven years at most universities. Another pro is the small class sizes, which allow for more individualized attention and a close knit group. A current con of the physical therapy graduate program is the recent hiring of many new professors, however given time they will become experienced educators. Since The University of Findlay is a private university, it is quite costly and there are few graduate assistantships available."

"The best part about my graduate program is all of the hands on clinical experience that we have to opportunity to participate in. It will prepare us for a career and what it will actually be like when we graduate."

"Findlay is a very safe and nice Camus full of caring and experienced professors. The physical therapy program is well known and provides students with all the knowledge they need to go into a career in physical therapy. The tuition is expensive, but it is worth it for the education you receive. I would highly recommend this school for all those interested in physical therapy or any other health profession, such as pharmacy or physician assistant."

"The University of Findlay is a small school that allows you to be a person rather than just a number. The faculty has the ability to get to know the students on a more personal level and are also more accessible to the students if they need help. Findlay itself is a smaller town and doesn't have a whole lot to do but the on campus events are pretty fun. The University of Findlay is a private school so it tends to be a little more expensive but the faculty in the financial aid office are wonderful and do everything they can to help out."
