"The cost of attending grad school at University of Texas at Dallas is too high, however the program is great and I would recommend it to many, as the professors do a great job of preparing the grad students for the professional world."

"I think this program offered a good general base for graduate psychology but I feel like they would benefit from becoming more focused on a specific area of psychology."

"The biggest pro has got to be the faculty members. I read books they've written for FUN, and one of my professors is the leading authority in American translation studies. The downfall...cost of living in Dallas can get high, and the traffic is pretty awful. But the school itself is amazing!"

"UTD's graduate MBA program is great and has several different awards that they have received for their academic performance. The atmosphere is wonderful and the students are all conscientious of success. Although, there is a slight divide because of so many international students. The social atmosphere becomes aggregated and classmates stick to "their people". I love the school, but I wish there were more ways to involve the many classes of students."

"The pros of this program are costs, location, and the general academic challenge. The professors are interesting presenting neat concepts with involving coursework. The major con would be the local area because you can not bike or walk anywhere."

"Translation Studies Pros: Interdisciplinary studies offer a wider range of knowledge Cons: Interdisciplinary studies does not offer many translation-focused courses. If the coursed allowed translation students to do translation-related projects for final projects, might be better. Also, it should offer a wider range of translation education, not just an introduction, not just about literature and poetry."

"Great facilities and access to advanced computer software. A large portion of the professor's first language isn't English, so it can be difficult at times to understand what is being taught."
