"I attended Touro College of New York for my Freshman year. Coming from a most school it was a great fit for me. The class sizes are smaller allowing a better opportunity to learn. This also allowed me to connect better with those in my class, many of whom were on the same career tract. The professors in the school were also very involved. The classes were very straight forward yet remained challenging. Overall, it was a great experience and the night classes allowed me to study while maintaining a job."

"Touro College is a private Jewish college that allowed me the comfort of my upbringing while providing a quality higher education. I believe that this balance is what encouraged me to begin my higher education and continued to help me excel. However, choosing to follow my dreams in an environment that encompassed and accommodated my religious lifestyle came with a price tag. Tuition is very expensive for a school that I felt did not offer the services that should come along with exclusivity and personal attention in a private college. I made Deans List almost every semester and graduated Magna Cum Laude but the scholarships associated with academic excellence are hard to come by and relatively meager. Student services is lacking. I mention this with disclosure that there were several professor and department chairs that went out of their way. I have personal relationships with several faculty members that have extended passed graduation because they have a sincere love for teaching and pride in their students success. However, I feel that the school student services department, student advisement and career advisement were not readily available and were ill informed. I am furthering my education and was accepted to the school of my choice but unfortunately I don't feel like I share this accomplishment with my alma mater. Touro College allowed me to see my own potential in academics, appreciate my commitment to education, and realize that perseverance comes from within. Some of the lessons I learned shed a negative light on Touro College but the lessons carried me thus far so if I could do it again I don't know if I would change my decision when making my choice for undergrad."

"What I really liked is the professors willingness to help with all that was needed. One did not have to feel embarrassed when a problem comes up-just go speak about it with the staff. Additionally, the academics really prepared me for my future work as a clinician. One thing to work on is better sites for clinical experiences"

"This school is absolutely terrible. It is over-priced and you get nothing for it. You also get a breakdown of the costs ie books and lab fees but they don't supply you with either of those things. You have teachers that read off slides with exception of a few. Be prepared to teach yourself. Also take note that teachers don't stay teaching there. RED FLAG. All exams are on the ipad and timed so if you need extra time good luck with that. The faculty are not supportive of the students. If you fail a course in 1st semester and then 2nd beware that they will make you start from the beginning and make you audit the entire semester and retake classes below a B-. Be skeptical of the 100 pass rate and that they were on probation. Another RED FLAG. Wish I went to another school I got into but I already gave them 1500 to save my seat."

"Touro is an amazing program located in the heart of New York City. As a graduate program faculty strives to really help its students succeed. The faculty are all currently practicing Physician Assistant's so they really try to show their students what is currently in practice."

"The faculty and staff are always willing to answer questions or help you with anything. They are amazing! The PA program here at Touro in Nevada has many service and hands on learning opportunities."

"Some of the pros of my graduate program are: being surrounded by intelligent and diverse individuals, the faculty is great, the professors are remarkable and they take the opportunity to make sure that each individual understands the material. Overall, my graduate program is wonderful and I am delighted to be a part of their learning experience. At this time there are no cons. Thank You."

"Touro Law Center is the only law school on Long Island that offers a part time night program. This is the major reason why I chose to attend Touro. The school is a great choice for people who need to work full time while attending law school."

"This graduate program has great diversity and is a great location for students who want to have a wide range of experiences. The school is fairly new so most of the faculty and courses are unorganized. It is a work in progress."

"The school has a great basis for the program but it is not competitive and there is no technology available to the students. There is very little staff support in the school."

"Great location! Clinically savvy professors who teach you really useful clinical skills along with the basics. Reasonable tuition for a private school."

"What I like most about my graduate program is the quality of education given and the help and guidance from faculty members. They are constantly there for support and encouragment especially through challenging times. Graduate school can be overwhelming with the amount of material, but at Touro College the professors do a great job at breaking down the classes and information. They teach it in a way that easily gets the message across and can help us retain that information when we enter the clinic. The only cons of my graduate program is the surrounding neighborhood, but that does not influence my learning experience."

"The Pharmacy graduate program at Touro University is a competitive school to get into. The school provides a solid foundation for students to enter the working field with confidence and motivation to positively impact those around them. However, like all graduate programs, the price of tuition can be just as much of a deterrent away from the school. Graduate schools have become so expensive that many people are discouraged from the possibility to fully educate themselves in their field of interest. With that said, I have decided that this financial sacrifice will be worth it in the end. However, it is difficult to foresee well into the future when the financial return will come along."

"The pros are that it is a masters program in NY for physician Assistants. (Many of the PA programs only offer a bachelors). The professors are all Physician Assistants, which is a greater opportunity for an enriched education in the PA "world". The con is it is a private school and therefore extremely costly putting me in over $100,000 worth of debts!"

"Like any medical school curriculum, the D.O. program at Touro College of Osteopathic is intensive and highly demanding. However, the material is interesting and the faculty are readily available."

"The pros is the Program has an excellent staff that is there to assist you in any shape or for. The students from previous years are also great and accommodating to any need you require. The 1 con is that the commuting is very far and living in New York, the traffic is horrific. Other than that the school is awesome and great place to attain an education in the Medical Field."

"Touro college of pharmacy is located in New York,NY. It is easily accessible by public transportation and there are 2 parking garages at the area.School has great diversity of students from different US states. Pharm D program is unique and very challenging. Compared to other pharmacy schools, it is 2 years academic + 2 years of practical experiences. Unfortunately, now schools does not have the highest rates of passing Naplex exam."
