"The faculty are not particularly talented or knowledgeable, but you get what you pay for. There is good thinking happening in the Business program though. For example, the focus on group projects and presentations is incredibly helpful for a real-world job. Also, the focus on professional development and career preparedness is very good."

Degree: Elementary Education
Graduation Year: 2013
"Sadly, Truman's MAE program suffers greatly because the instructors are of poor quality and the surrounding schools are a sampling of some of the least-diverse elementary schools in the country. Cash Cow school--students come in, pay, get a degree. No expectations of quality or excellence."

Degree: Psychology
Graduation Year: 2014
"My university is the best in the Midwest! Small, but not too small, it is situated in a cute little town without too many distractions and everything a college student on a budget needs. The vast majority of my professors have been extremely helpful and well-versed in the field of study they are teaching. The only thing I have not appreciated is that they have classes that I was looking forward to taking but that are major restricted because they do not have enough professors. For instance, Creative Writing and musical instrument learning classes are off-limits to me as a Psychology major."
