"I began pursuing my MPH degree at Tufts University School of Medicine in the Fall of 2014 and it has been a great experience so far, and far unlike what I imagined. Coming from a university that was known for grade deflation and tough academics, I was prepared for the same type of rigor and competitiveness at Tufts. Luckily, I have found that professors truly care about students succeeding and students care for one another. It could be because we are all studying public health, which tends to entice empathetic people in general, but I think it is more than that. Tufts University is a school that wants students to thrive and go out to make a difference in the world through service and compassion for others, and that is what all universities should strive for. The only downside would be the cost and the location because the School of Medicine consists of only a few small buildings in downtown Boston as opposed to the huge beautiful campus in Medford, MA."

"I think the con of my graduate program has been the financial debt I will be in once I graduate. I think it is over priced. My graduate program has been a great experience meeting new people with a lot of support from faculty members and challenging our ideas."

"The Tufts public health program is wonderful - small enough that students receive individual attention and guidance from faculty, but in a city full of people, events, and resources."
