"I can clearly see that the majority of these reviews were written by individuals who were never students. I am writing this review due to the poor treatment that I received as on online graduate student in the Master of Public Administration program. I was harassed, bullied and forced to drop out because I stood up to a professor. Additionally, I was singled out and victim of arbitrary grading by the most egregious people in the teaching profession. I recently retained a lawyer and in the process of filing a civil suit against my oppressors in US District Court. The $30,000 in student loans which I took out to attend the University of Baltimore have caused me financial ruin and these people will pay. After three years of graduate school, I have no degree and no ability to obtain a career within the field that I so heavily invested."

"My experience at the University of Baltimore was a rewarding yet challenging one. I learned a lot of new perspectives from professors and students, which was my ultimate goal. The school was located in an area that I felt was not the safest, but the campus police and area police made me feel safe. I felt the social life was good due to the close proximity of restaurants and venues. Overall, I am pleased with my experience at the University of Baltimore."

"University of Baltimore offers a very flexible ways to get your graduate degree. The university allows you to take courses on campus, online, and on weekends at a satellite campus. Even more importantly the M.P.A. program is ranked 73rd in the country and it's proximity to D.C. gives students the ability to obtain unique internships and great job opportunities."

"University is an excellent school with an amazing faculty. Professors are very knowledgeable and employ various teaching styles to ensure everyone has a chance to grasp the material. The career center offers very insightful information sessions to help prepare students for their next career move whether the position is within their current organization or otherwise. University of Baltimore is a great value-- it is affordable, convenient, and I highly recommend those interested in pursuing an MPA to come to UB."

"The graduate program is challenging and thus is a stepping stone for growth even after the program. However, more real world experience should be made mandatory I believe."

"MPA is a rigorous program that allows me to capitalize on a wealth of knowledge academically and professionally. As the one of the two universities to offer this graduate program I am proud to say I have achieved the knowledge and experience employers are looking for in new graduates. Many of the businesses and organizations in area are partnered with the university of offer part- and full-time employment and internships. My university is ranked in the top 10 of the best MPA programs in America. However, there is always room for improvement. With the health care field continuously growing I think University of Baltimore ought to implement a nursing program. The area houses one of the best hospitals in the country, John Hopkins, and the demand for health care professionals is increasing. Although the institution is a city school they sit right at a major train station and minutes from the downtown area. University of Baltimore is growing institution and I hope we only get bigger."

"The University of Baltimore is situated in the heart of Baltimore City. Although the online Masters of Public Administration program does not require my attendance on campus, it is easily accessible and has a wealth of activities for any student to be involved in. The MPA program is challenging and I have gained so much from the experience of being able to interact and network with classmates from all over the United States. UB offers a diverse population of students and administrators. The quality of service and the assistance given by those working at UB has been outstanding. I've had no difficulty in registering, no issues with financial aid and no issues regarding access to technology or networks so that I can be successful in this online program. I would recommend UB to anyone seeking a college degree."
