"UCI is one of the best public institutions in the country and the education was as such. I was exposed to so many great, thoughtful, and interesting minds. I consider myself so lucky to be able to say that I received a Bachelor's Degree from this school. I left every class feeling accomplished and more knowledgeable. UCI provides an all around great environment for learning and living. The instructors were thoughtful and truly cared about their students. The person that I am I owe to UCI. I learned about what I was really interested and became inspired through various lectures. UCI provides multiple opportunities for success in the classroom and outside of the classroom. I absolutely loved UCI and returning would be an honor."

"The campus is in the heart of Orange County and minutes away from the beach and canyons of Newport/Laguna area. Although it is far from being cosmopolitan, the student body is diverse, which I deem to be one of the school's strengths. I have had very interesting instructors / professors who were always accessible. Campus has gone through years of construction and updated in recent years, it seems. UCI is a solid school that I am proud of but wish it improves more so that I can be even more proud to be an alumni."

"My experience at the University of California, Irvine was wonderful overall. The campus is beautiful and has a diverse student population. The courses offered within my major and school were many and covered a plethora of topics and subject matter. You could be as broad or as specific as you want with the classes you took. I took courses on both the theoretical and the practical side of my field. For example I had courses on political theory based on the discourse of philosophers from the 18th and 19th centuries as well as courses comparing the modern politics of governments in North American and Asia. These two sides of learning provided me a more balanced education. An additional plus, the faculty were always available to meet with you if you needed the extra help or if you just wanted to discuss a certain topic more."

"The University of California, Irvine is great school to attend if you are interested in a career in STEM and/or government. The school offers many opportunities for students to do research, as well as present their findings at conferences, research symposiums and during class among your peers. The school is in a safe location, that is constantly rated among the top 10 safest places to attend school and goes above and beyond to make sure students feel supported both academically and professionally. Students interested in government have a range of extra curricular options including mock trial, pre-law societies, study abroad legal programs, UCI Law Forum, Global Connect, running for office through UCI student government, plus more more opportunities!"
